What a blessing to remember that Jesus is coming and that our faithful living matters now, hunger for what is right, show mercy, keep a pure heart, and work for peace as we wait to meet him. Jesus calls those who hunger and thirst for righteousness to expect satisfaction from him, not from the world. Mercy, purity of heart, and peacemaking are signs of a life shaped by his Spirit; they mark us as his children and open our eyes to see God. Living this way is both a present calling and a hopeful posture, we practice justice, kindness, and peace now because we trust the promise of his return and the fullness that awaits us.
Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, stir in me a deep hunger for Your righteousness. Fill me with mercy, purify my heart, and make me a peacemaker. Help me live faithfully until we meet You and let my life reflect Your coming kingdom. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Jesus Amen.
