Have a nice day! ðŸ™‚

Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance. In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.
– Psalms 89:15-16

These verses remind us that joy begins where we recognize God’s presence. Hearing the joyful sound, the good news of God’s love, changes how we walk: we move in the light of His face, not in fear or hurry. When we keep His name before us, rejoicing becomes our default posture, and righteousness lifts us into a life that reflects His character. I used to sing good, grew up in the choir. People would tell me I sang good. I said no because others sang better than me. I kept in the back of my mind I am not good enough. I had a seizure in 2002. I could not talk. I had to learn all over. One thing I learned I wasn’t as close to God as I thought I was. Not being able to talk I learned real fast God was the only one I could talk to that made sense. Now when I sing. I hear my inside voice and don’t care what anyone else thinks of how I sound on the outside. I have learned to love my voice either way. Thank God. Let today be shaped by gratitude for that light; let your steps and words witness the joy you carry.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You and praise You for the joyful sound of Your love. Fill my heart so I may walk in the light of Your countenance, rejoice in Your name all day, and live in the righteousness that honors You. Strengthen me to reflect Your joy to others. Love You, Thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Jesus Amen.
