Father God, let this touch someone’s heart today, I love You, thank You, and praise You in Jesus Precious Name Amen. Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. {Here God is talking about us in the image of the trinity being like God and one with Him. How awesome is this!} And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” {WE have a God that intended for us to share life with Him} Genesis 1:26 I like that idea of having control over the fish when I go fishing and catch a skeleton fish! Lol! Knowing this is all God’s and He loves me so much that He shares everything with me and others. Still that fish skeleton became me holding it in a picture. Lol! God does have a sense of humor. Or going water skiing Lol! I feel like I am free. God knew what he was doing. We get to have all the fun Lol!
Like I would take my children walking up the trails of Winnekenni Castle in Massachusetts. Or walk them mountain when we got to the top. I realized their was a trail going down the San Bernardino Mountain in California when they was younger. Lol! So many things we did together. We had fun! Still they had to listen to me cause I had the control of keeping them safe. I kept in contact with God to keep us safe. God is so good cause this is what He does for us. We say oh I can walk over that big rock in my way. God says Susan you need to walk around the rock. So I don’t! I walk over the rock and I fall. I should of listened to that still small voice of warning. This is what we do if we sin. God say’s there she goes again! Will she ever listen to me. So God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus are one and have control over us {sovereignty or control.} Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations, In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 So when we walk right with God, believe and live for Him. Each day that I wake up and have my quiet time. God reveals to me what is ahead in the day. I am ok with this. But during the day I am doing other stuff and what I already knew to do. It seems like everything just falls into place. Sometimes it don’t feel like it, like when the laundry happens to back up. Hmm! I always seem to work it in my schedule the next day. Sometimes there just seems to be not enough time in the day. {Lets Pray} Father God, I thank You and praise You for Your control that You freely give and Your voice that guides us each day. I believe that I may be a faithful servant in the place where You planted me. Assist me to listen carefully to Your voice and Your will. Let me care fully to trust Your word, to follow Your commands and to finish the work You have called me to do. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
Father God, I am believing for this reading to touch someone’s heart today I thank You and love You in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
“Look To God says And Be Saved” This is basically all and all. YHWH is the only God, and that He alone is the author of light and darkness, of peace and of adversity. He raises up kings and nations, and he throws them down. Yahweh was the national god of ancient Israel and Judah. The origins of his worship reach at least to the early Iron Age, and likely to the Late Bronze Age. Cyrus in Isaiah Chapter 45 is called God’s anointed; he was designed and qualified for his great service by the counsel of God. The Gate Babylon which led to the river, were left open the night that Cyrus marched his army into the empty channel. God is rewarding Israel for obedience and punishing Israel for disobedience. God pours out salvation and blessings on those whom He favors. God brings judgment on those who continue to rebel against Him. “Woe to him who quarrels with his Master” I always liked this chapter, because it directly affirms right and wrong that is so simple to walk in this life. But it is hard in the minds of those that are confused or just use stinking thinking. The gift of the mind that God has given us is as powerful as His. It is the way we use it whether it is difficult or easy to comprehend. I have 3 security cameras in the front yard. I have one in the back yard on one screen. When it starts to rain. It will be raining on 3 screens, while it is not raining on the other screen. Hmm pretty cool. That means the cloud on one side is raining and the cloud on the other side is not raining. So, the clouds are totally different. Not one cloud is exactly the same. God created everything and every person to be unique.
“God Calls Cyrus”
This is what the LORD says to Cyrus His anointed, whose right hand I have grasped to subdue nations before him, to disarm kings, to open the doors before him, so that the gates will not be shut: “I will go before you and level the mountains; I will break down the gates of bronze and cut through the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and the riches hidden in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who calls you by name. For the sake of Jacob My servant and Israel My chosen one, I call you by name; I have given you a title of honor, though you have not known Me. I am the LORD, and there is no other; there is no God but Me. I will equip you for battle, though you have not known Me, so that all may know, from where the sun rises to where it sets, that there is none but Me; I am the LORD, and there is no other. I form the light and create the darkness; I bring prosperity and create calamity. I, the LORD, do all these things. Drip down, O heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness. Let the earth open up that salvation may sprout and righteousness spring up with it; I, the LORD, have created it. Woe to him who quarrels with his Maker, one clay pot among many. Does the clay ask the potter, ‘What are you making?’ Does your work say, ‘He has no hands’? Woe to him who says to his father, ‘What have you begotten? ’or to his mother, ‘What have you brought forth?’” Thus says the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker: “How dare you question Me about My sons, or instruct Me in the work of My hands? It is I who made the earth and created man upon it. It was My hands that stretched out the heavens, and I ordained all their host. I will raise up Cyrus in righteousness, and I will make all his ways straight. He will rebuild My city and set My exiles free, but not for payment or reward, says the LORD of Hosts.” This is what the LORD says: “The products of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush, along with the Sabeans, men of stature, will come over to you and will be yours; they will trudge behind you; they will come over in chains and bow down to you. They will confess to you: ‘God is indeed with you, and there is no other; there is no other God.’” Truly You are a God who hides Himself, O God of Israel, the Savior. They will all be put to shame and humiliated; the makers of idols will depart together in disgrace. But Israel will be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation; you will not be put to shame or humiliated, to ages everlasting. For thus says the LORD, who created the heavens, He is God; He formed the earth and fashioned it; He established it; He did not create it to be empty but formed it to be inhabited: “I am the LORD, and there is no other. I have not spoken in secret, from a place in a land of darkness. I did not say to the descendants of Jacob, ‘Seek Me in a wasteland.’ I, the LORD, speak the truth; I say what is right. Come, gather together, and draw near, you fugitives from the nations. Ignorant are those who carry idols of wood and pray to a god that cannot save. Speak up and present your case, yes, let them take counsel together. Who foretold this long ago? WHO announced it from ancient times? Was it not I, the LORD? There is no other God but Me, a righteous God and Savior; there is none but Me. Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other. By Myself I have sworn, truth has gone out from My mouth, a word that will not be revoked: Every knee will bow before Me, every tongue will swear allegiance. Surely, they will say of Me, ‘In the LORD alone are righteousness and strength.’” All who rage against Him will come to Him and be put to shame. In the LORD all descendants of Israel will be justified and will exult. {Let’s Pray} Father God, I thank You and praise You that in spite of man and woman’s rebellion and sinfulness, You did not withhold Your offer of repentance and You made the way to receive Your offer clear to us, through the mouth of Your holy prophets. Thank You that the truth has gone out to the far corners of the earth, that Your offer of repentance will not be revoked nor Your righteous judgement withheld. I praise You and thank You that Your invitation to turn to You for salvation remains open today, and that all who call on the name of the Lord will be saved in Jesus Name. I praise You and thank You for the many that are turning from idol worship to the true and living God even today, it is still the age of grace, I believe that many would come to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and that many souls would be removed from eternal damnation, by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen. {Power Verse} For the heart of this people has become dull, with their ears they scarcely hear, And they have closed their eyes, otherwise they would see with their eyes, Hear with their ears, and understand with their heart and return, And I would heal them.’ Matthew 13:15
Father God, I am believing for this to touch someone’s heart. That this will show that Jesus did get angry at times all for good reason. Also, Jesus had total faith in every situation. I thank You in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Jesus cursed the fig tree.} It reads in Matthew 21:18–19; Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city, he was hungry. Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, “May you never bear fruit again!” Immediately the tree withered. In this section Jesus believed and had faith. Prayer answered. This is a great example of how we should have conversation with God. Also, God sees everything. He can tell us when to spring into action or just be still.
This is next:
{“Jesus gets mad, Cleanses the Temple and spoke truth”} It reads in Matthew 21:11-13; The crowds replied, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.” Then Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those selling doves. And He declared to them, “It is written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer.’ But you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”
This is next: {Moment of uncontrolled rage, Jesus rips into the Pharisees regarding the shed blood of the prophets of earlier days. Jesus went to join the proud ranks of the persecuted prophets a few weeks later.}
It reads in Matthew 23:29–34 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous. And you say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’ So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. Go ahead, then, and complete what your ancestors started! “You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell? Therefore, I am sending you prophets and sages and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify; others you will flog in your synagogues and pursue from town to town.”
This is next: {‘I am willing,’ he said. ‘Be clean!’ The Easy-To-Read version has an interesting footnote: These last words made Jesus angry. Jesus touched him and said, “I want to heal you.} It reads in Mark 1:40–42; A man who had leprosy came to Jesus. The man bowed on his knees and begged him, “You have the power to heal me if you want.” These last words made Jesus angry. But he touched him and said, “I want to heal you. Be healed!” Immediately the leprosy disappeared, and the man was healed.
This is next: {“The people was stubborn, said nothing and couldn’t answer Jesus. in the next verse.} It reads in Mark 3:4–6; Then Jesus asked the people, “Which is the right thing to do on the Sabbath day: to do good or to do evil? Is it right to save a life or to destroy one?” The people said nothing to answer him. Jesus looked at the people. He was angry, but he felt very sad because they were so stubborn. He said to the man, “Hold out your hand.” The man held out his hand, and it was healed. Then the Pharisees left and made plans with the Herodians about a way to kill Jesus.
This next one self-explanatory. It reads in Mark 10:13–14; People brought their small children to Jesus so that he could lay his hands on them to bless them. But the followers told the people to stop bringing their children to him. Jesus saw what happened. He did not like his followers telling the children not to come. So, he said to them, “Let the little children come to me. Don’t stop them, because God’s kingdom belongs to people who are like these little children.
This next one is self-explanatory: It reads in Luke 11:46; Jesus replied, “And you experts in the law, woe to you, because you load people down with burdens they can hardly carry, and you yourselves will not lift one finger to help them.
In this next one: “The religious system took advantage of the poor and those who were genuinely seeking God’s favor. “ It reads in John 2:13–16; When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep, and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. So, he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the moneychangers and overturned their tables. To those who sold doves he said, “Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a market!”
Any Hoo! So, these bible verses I found on Jesus getting mad. This is not to condemn Jesus. So yes, Jesus was angry at times, yet did not sin (Hebrews 4:15; For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are, yet he did not sin.). Likewise, believers in Christ are taught, “Be angry and do not sin” (Ephesians 4:26; “In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry). While anger is often viewed as a completely negative emotion, there are times a person can be angry for appropriate reasons. Let it go instead of holding on to the anger. {Let’s Pray} Father God, I thank You and praise You for Paul’s easy important teaching on anger issues. I believe that I may be ready, able and willing to express anger against sin and the things that grieve Your heart, in a righteous way that honors and glorifies You, I also believe that I would recognize any fleshly emotions which motivate me toward unrighteous anger. Assist me not to let the sun go down on my wrath and may I never give the enemy a foothold on my life, either directly or indirect through anger. I am believing guidance and give me wisdom, and a good judgement heart to know when to be angry without sinning so that the testimony that is seen will be a light and not a faked scene. Let me be a light to others. Let righteousness have its way. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law strive with them. Proverbs 28:4
Father God, let this touch someone’s heart today I thank You in Jesus Precious Name Amen. These verses I am fixing to add will be the power of God’s love for each person and the church as a whole. As Paul Challenged the Corinthian church to adopt patience, kindness, humility, forgiveness, trust, hope, and perseverance. Love, Paul argued, was the greatest outward testimony of their inward transformation.
“It reads in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8; Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.” 1 Corinthians 13 is the thirteenth chapter of the First Epistle to the Corinthians in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. It is authored by Paul the Apostle and Sosthenes in Ephesus. This chapter covers the subject of Love. In the original Greek, the word ἀγάπη agape is used throughout the “Ο ύμνος της αγάπης”. This is translated into English as “charity” in the King James version; but the word “love” is preferred by most other translations, both earlier and more recent. In the now-famous “Love Chapter” of 1 Corinthians, Paul wrote about love that is put into practice. More than just a feeling or emotion, Paul writes less about what love is and more about what love does. The love of Jesus Christ, this kind of love should be a natural overflow of the believer’s heart and evident in everything they do. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 It is used often in Christian wedding ceremonies. The graces of faith, hope and love towards God and our fellow brothers and sisters are preferable to all the spiritual gifts, and the greatest of these is love. When you pray for others, take action to give a helping hand to others or even give of your treasures. God lets you see Him work in their lives and your own. When you give to other, you will be blessed abundantly. Teaching others to overcome misery and to know God’s love for them is unconditional. Father God, I love you, thank you, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I thank You and praise You that You embrace all those who need Your healing touch. That You keep unity and love in the church. Keep a hedge of angels around Your church with love and protection. Lord Jesus, please help me to pass on godly love and influence on my children, grandchildren and others that they will know Your love and have a personal relationship with You also. Give me opportunities to talk about You and tell others true stories of how You have worked in my life, others’ lives’ and continue to do so to this day. Oh! What a glorious day this is going to be. I thank you, praise and give You all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.
{Power Verse}
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13
Father God, let this touch someone’s heart in Jesus Precious Name Amen. I remember this guy that used to walk around the street all the time. He was a Vietnam vet. He used to say hello to me. When I’d be walking. He would make sure he would cross the street with me. Said he didn’t want me getting hit by a car. He has a radio on his shoulder listening to whatever. He never bothered anyone. Used to see him in the park with other people. I know some people would pick on Radio Joe. I would get mad, but I would run over to where radio Joe was. It made others leave him alone. People thought he was crazy. But he was very respectable and never bothered anyone. Kindness is a essential. We need to assist others with the gift of service. They matter to God. Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:15-17 {Let’s Pray} Father God, assist me, to remember to be kind and patient to the people around me. Show me to see all the beauty that I so often ignore, and to listen to the silent longing of my own soul. Let me see Your beauty in others as I walk through this day with You bless them and myself. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} Do not let kindness and truth leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Proverbs 3:3
Father God, I love You and thank You and hope this touches someone’s heart today in Jesus Precious Name Amen. Definition of copyright: the exclusive legal right, given to an originator or an assignee to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same. Wow! When I think of this, no one could ever steal God’s copyright. I know with my voice not being the best it could be. I sang “Does Anybody Hear Her” by Casting Crowns on a live video and Facebook stopped it from playing, because It was not my copyright. That’s fine. I love my songwriters, musicians and Casting Crowns is one of my favorites. I can name them all if I took the time. I remember singing in the choir. We had one elderly man who sang opera at the church I grew up in. First Baptist Church. Haverhill, Massachusetts. I loved his singing and always tried to copy him. He would smile. I would tell him I loved his singing. Good memories. Let me say let God keep blessing our musicians. They are the ones that keep us praising God in the good times and the bad. Amen. But doesn’t God stop us in a way that we can not continue down a bad road. God says turn back to me. Get back on my right road. Lets read Luke 4:14-30: And you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.” “The Parable of the Great Banquet” When one of those at the table with him heard this, he said to Jesus, “Blessed is the one who will eat at the feast in the kingdom of God.” Jesus replied: “A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, ‘Come, for everything is now ready.’ “But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, ‘I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.’ “Another said, ‘I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I’m on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.’ “Still another said, ‘I just got married, so I can’t come.’ “The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.’ “‘Sir,’ the servant said, ‘what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.’ “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full. I tell you, not one of those who were invited will get a taste of my banquet.’” “The Cost of Being a Disciple” Large crowds were traveling with Jesus, and turning to them he said: “If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, even their own life, such a person cannot be my disciple. And whoever does not carry their cross and follow me cannot be my disciple. “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, ‘This person began to build and wasn’t able to finish.’ Lets look into Luke 4:14 -30 we will grip on God’s copyright: Luke 4 In Verses17-19: Jesus reads from Isaiah which speaks about the arrival of the Messiah (Isaiah 61:1-2 it reads: The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn) and stops before reading the portion about judgment of God. Which means that the main purpose of Jesus’ first coming is to bring good news, care for the poor, liberation of the captives (John 8:36, So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. ) (Matthew 11:30: For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ), life (John 10:10: The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
( 2 Timothy 1:10: But it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. ), healing (1 Peter 2:24; “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” ) ( Luke 6:18; who had come to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. Those troubled by impure spirits were cured,), deliverance (Matthew 12:22-23; “Jesus and Beelzebul” Then they brought him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, and Jesus healed him, so that he could both talk and see. All the people were astonished and said, “Could this be the Son of David?” )
Luke 4 Verse 21-22 : Jesus implied that He is the one about whom Isaiah spoke and the prophecy has fulfilled. The people around reacted with a combination of amazement and doubt, sometimes even his own family (John 7:3-5; Jesus’ brothers said to him, “Leave Galilee and go to Judea, so that your disciples there may see the works you do. No one who wants to become a public figure acts in secret. Since you are doing these things, show yourself to the world.” For even his own brothers did not believe in him. )(Mark 3:21; When his family heard about this, they went to take charge of him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.” ).
People often looked at the background of Jesus and resisted to believe that Jesus could really be the Messiah (John 1:46; Philip told Nathanael about Jesus who Moses’ wrote about: “Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?” Nathanael asked. )(John6:42; They said, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven’?” )(John 7:52; They replied, “Are you from Galilee, too? Look into it, and you will find that a prophet does not come out of Galilee. ”Over the course of this chapter, Jesus provokes rumor, discussion, and eventually argument among the people. The division caused by Jesus’ words will even extend to the religious leaders themselves. Nicodemus, the same man who spoke with Jesus in chapter 3, will make an appeal for due process. In response, his peers ridicule him and reject his suggestion. This makes chapter 7 a crucial passage for understanding the Pharisees, in particular. Their example is a warning about how arrogance, ignorance, and tradition can cause spiritual blindness.).
Luke 4 Verse 23-24: Jews demanded Jesus to show more miracles, signs and to prove himself (John 6:30; So they asked him, “What sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? What will you do? ) (Mark 8:11; The Pharisees came and began to question Jesus. To test him, they asked him for a sign from heaven.)( Luke 11:16: Others tested him by asking for a sign from heaven. ). They ignored miracles that were seen in front of them and demanded more, which is stubbornness (Romans 1:18-20; “God’s Wrath Against Sinful Humanity” The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. )
( John 5:39-40; You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life. ) and Jesus declined such demands (Matthew 16:4; A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.” Jesus then left them and went away. ). As per the Jewish leaders, the Messiah’s arrival would be mysterious (John 7:27; But we know where this man is from; when the Messiah comes, no one will know where he is from.” ) and Jesus is merely the son of Mary and Joseph (Matthew 13:55; “Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother’s name Mary, and aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas? ).
Luke 4 Verse 25-26: Jesus points out that Israel has not always listened to God’s messengers and were stubborn. So God had sent those messengers to the gentiles and made miracles happen. Prophet Elijah during a severe drought was sent outside of Israel to perform miracles (1 Kings 17:14–16; For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’” She went away and did as Elijah had told her. So there was food every day for Elijah and for the woman and her family. For the jar of flour was not used up and the jug of oil did not run dry, in keeping with the word of the Lord spoken by Elijah. )(1 Kings 17: 22–24; The Lord heard Elijah’s cry, and the boy’s life returned to him, and he lived. Elijah picked up the child and carried him down from the room into the house. He gave him to his mother and said, “Look, your son is alive!” Then the woman said to Elijah, “Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord from your mouth is the truth.” ).
The second example was Elisha and Naaman. Naaman was a gentile, commander of the Syrian army, who had attacked Israel. Despite this, Naaman became the first person healed of leprosy. Rather than bringing a healing to an Israelite, God bestowed it on a gentile (2 Kings 5:1–14; “Naaman Healed of Leprosy” Now Naaman was commander of the army of the king of Aram. He was a great man in the sight of his master and highly regarded, because through him the Lord had given victory to Aram. He was a valiant soldier, but he had leprosy. Now bands of raiders from Aram had gone out and had taken captive a young girl from Israel, and she served Naaman’s wife. She said to her mistress, “If only my master would see the prophet who is in Samaria! He would cure him of his leprosy.” Naaman went to his master and told him what the girl from Israel had said. “By all means, go,” the king of Aram replied. “I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So Naaman left, taking with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels of gold and ten sets of clothing. The letter that he took to the king of Israel read: “With this letter I am sending my servant Naaman to you so that you may cure him of his leprosy.” As soon as the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his robes and said, “Am I God? Can I kill and bring back to life? Why does this fellow send someone to me to be cured of his leprosy? See how he is trying to pick a quarrel with me!” When Elisha the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his robes, he sent him this message: “Why have you torn your robes? Have the man come to me and he will know that there is a prophet in Israel.” So Naaman went with his horses and chariots and stopped at the door of Elisha’s house. Elisha sent a messenger to say to him, “Go, wash yourself seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored and you will be cleansed.” But Naaman went away angry and said, “I thought that he would surely come out to me and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, wave his hand over the spot and cure me of my leprosy. Are not Abana and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Couldn’t I wash in them and be cleansed?” So he turned and went off in a rage. Naaman’s servants went to him and said, “My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more, then, when he tells you, ‘Wash and be cleansed’!” So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean like that of a young boy. ). Jesus made these examples to defend the people’s demand that He should perform more miracles and signs for them.
Luke 4 Verse 27-28: At that time Israel was rudely oppressed by the Roman Empire (gentiles), so any hint that says God could love gentiles was met with resistance and violence (Acts 22:21–22; “Then the Lord said to me, ‘Go; I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’ ” “Paul the Roman Citizen” in 22: The crowd listened to Paul until he said this. Then they raised their voices and shouted, “Rid the earth of him! He’s not fit to live!” ) by the Jews. When Jesus said God would show favor to gentiles with His truth, the people of Nazareth becomes swift and violent and were enraged.
Luke 4 Verse 29-30: The people attempted to kill Jesus many times before the crucifixion (John 8:59; At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.) ( John 10:39; Again they tried to seize him, but he escaped their grasp. ), but they never succeeded. Only when the determined time had come Jesus allowed Himself to be taken (Matthew 26:45-47; Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour has come, and the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners. Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer!” “Jesus Arrested” While he was still speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, arrived. With him was a large crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent from the chief priests and the elders of the people.)

I believe I will I live My life in humble dependence upon You day by day. May I never forget Who You are, both in Your Majesty as my Lord and in Your compassion as My Brother. Take pity on those who are dead in their sins and draw many into eternal fellowship with Yourself, through faith in You Lord Jesus. So they can all meet in the sky together all and all. I thank You for making us Your copyright. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} The Word became flesh and made his home among us. We have seen his glory, glory like that of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
Father God, let this message touch someones heart today and let them know You will never leave them nor forsake them I thank You, praise You and give You the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and its offspring. Who gives breath to the people on it? And spirit to those who walk in it. Isaiah 42:5
I used to see people who had a tube in their neck when I was growing up. Never knew I would end up with one. When I did. I wished I could really breathe again. I looked forward every day to breathing right again. Praying to God and talking with him every day. He was the only one who understood me. Whereas I couldn’t talk. Now I can talk, and it has been many years living with this hole in my throat. I can’t breathe through my nose or mouth. I practice I hold my finger over the trach tube just to see if I can breathe through my mouth or nose. I look forward to the day I can. I prayed to God to let me talk again. I have been off oxygen 6 years today. I can talk. I have prayed to sing beautiful again. But I still hear my good voice. But I can sing. So, God has been with me every step of the way. He has answered my every prayer. God guide and gives wisdom to surgeons to save lives. I am a proud patient that is proud of all the surgeons with His light He has sent my way. God bless God for giving me His breath as a gift, His unconditional love as a gift and His grace I never deserved. In my case I need a new windpipe, which the procedure can be done. Here is a little history on Tracheotomy: “In Ancient Egypt Tracheotomy was first potentially depicted on Egyptian artifacts in 3600 BC. Hippocrates condemned the practice of tracheotomy as incurring an unacceptable risk of damage to the carotid artery. Warning against the possibility of death from inadvertent laceration of the carotid artery during tracheotomy, he instead advocated the practice of tracheal intubation. Despite the concerns of Hippocrates, it is believed that an early tracheotomy was performed by Asclepiades of Bithynia, who lived in Rome around 100 BC. Galen and Aretaeus, both of whom lived in Rome in the 2nd century AD, credit Asclepiades as being the first physician to perform a non-emergency tracheotomy. Antyllus, another Roman-era Greek physician of the 2nd century AD, supported tracheotomy when treating oral diseases. He refined the technique to be more similar to that used in modern times, recommending that a transverse incision be made between the third and fourth tracheal rings for the treatment of life-threatening airway obstruction. Breathing is then done through the tube, bypassing the mouth, nose, and throat. A tracheostomy is commonly referred to as a stoma. This is the name for the hole in the neck that the tube passes through. Thomas Fienus (1567–1631), Professor of Medicine at the University of Louvain, was the first to use the word “tracheotomy” in 1649, but this term was not commonly used until a century later. Georg Detharding (1671–1747), professor of anatomy at the University of Rostock, treated a drowning victim with tracheostomy in 1714. Why did Fabricius recommend a tracheotomy? This was a straight, short cannula that incorporated wings to prevent the tube from advancing too far into the trachea. He recommended the operation only as a last resort, to be used in cases of airway obstruction by foreign bodies or secretions. Fabricius’ description of the tracheotomy procedure is similar to that used today. Tracheostomy is one of the oldest, one of the simplest and one of the most valuable operations in surgical practice. Yet, despite its antiquity, it was but rarely performed until the beginning of the 19th century and until less than twenty years ago its use was limited to surprisingly few conditions. Only during the last two decades has tracheostomy come to be accepted in the treatment of lower airway obstruction and for artificial ventilation, and these today constitute the chief indications for its use. For the previous 2,000 years, tracheostomy was used solely for upper respiratory obstruction. The underlying cause of most cases of mouth breathing is an obstructed (completely blocked or partially blocked) nasal airway. Meaning, the more we use our mouths to breathe, the tissues in our noses begin closing up when they’re not in use. Over time you can find yourself breathing through your mouth not only while you sleep, but as you go about your entire day, from morning until evening. This becomes your default, and something we do without thinking about it. Healthy people use both their nose and their mouth to breathe. Breathing through the mouth only becomes necessary when you have nasal congestion due to allergies or a cold. Also, when you are exercising strenuously, mouth breathing can help get oxygen to your muscles faster. Never really realized this. I did when I had sinusitis. I really would say. God knew what He was doing when He made our breathing system. From the nostril to the mouth, to the Stoma. Every way we breathe is a gift. On our difficult days, when breathing is difficult. We have to praise God. Our minds can heal our body’s, but our bodies cannot heal our minds. God gave us our powerful minds to keep in constant conversation with Him. He is the only one who never leaves us. How many times have you asked for what you didn’t want, and it happened. It was wrong, not something you really wanted. But you realized God answered. Then you blamed Him. Hmmm! If we talk right to God He hears also. God is for us. He is never against us. We were meant to really live. Amen. God is so good, and I can never say this too much. God is good all the time. Today embrace His calling on Your life. God is for you, my friend. Now God breathed into man’s nostril. It reads in this verse: And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7 {Let’s Pray} Father God, in Your love and in Your infinite mercy You could not give us anything less than to give us Your breath. In giving us Your breath, You expect nothing less of Your children. Just to make right choices and pass Your light in a way that others will believe in You. I love You, thank You and praise You for the very air and life You have given me. I am believing for You to work in others’ lives and guide them back to You. Every moment of every day in the good times and the bad let me always thank You for all You do for me. Only because of You God am I living the good life You have given me. Thank You so much for saving my life. I thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind. Job 12:10
Father God, let this message touch someone’s heart today in Jesus Precious Name amen. It reads in Matthew 5:16, the verse states the following: “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven .” Although this verse may seem confusing, it is actually pretty self-explanatory. Even though when I was younger I really thought it to be confusing. As we was not to talk to strangers. People say why you smiling. You have no reason to smile. I always worked hard and just want to get the job done. People say you are just showing off. Ah no! I am doing my job. So pretty much why would I shine my light around men. Then as I got older. I didn’t stick to one verse at a time anymore. I read the bible. See you can read bits and pieces of the bible and not totally understand. So in verse 13 & 14 of Matthew chapter 5 it reads: You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, How can it be salty again? So in verse 13 I believe salt heals and stands for righteousness’. Cause the second part of verse 13 it reads: It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. This part of the verse is like sin and how people throw it around like trash and treat people like trash that sin. This is not what Jesus came to the earth for. Jesus came to save the sinner from their sins. In verse 14 it reads: You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. This means that you do right and don’t listen to those remarks that others say to sway you. Keep doing good. Don’t give up. Cause it reads in Matthew 5:15: Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. Yesterday morning as I thought I would like to have my art room back. So I can hang all my paintings. I took and cleaned out my art room from a person who took it over. I am making it my art room to look beautiful again. To hang all my pictures. Not to do arts and crafts in though. I took a partial wall and corner off a third of the art room. I put a rocking chair, a small lamp stand, a lamp, a bible and my new journal. It is going to be my little prayer room. It looks really good. My prayer closet has become for storage now. But I can breathe better now that it is more open.
“I like the quote from ~ John Bunyan: “Temptations, when we meet them at first, are as the lion that roared upon Samson; but if we overcome them, the next time we see them we shall find a nest of honey within them.”
{Let’s Pray} Father God of light, life and peace. Before You is a world that is devastated by crime, conflicts, war, suffering, disaster, distress and death of those who don’t know You. Through the actions and attitudes of selfish men and woman. I believe that the light of Jesus Christ would throw light on a dark world that has chosen to turn its back on the One Who is the true Light of the world and Who brings life and love to all who believe. I believe that You will use me in the corner of the world where You have placed me, to bring the light, the life, and the love of Jesus Christ to a hurting world. Keep me ever mindful that without You I can do nothing, but in the strength and power of Your Holy Spirit, I am adapted to act as Your hands, Your feet, and Your heart, to those in need. I believe that the light of Jesus Christ in my heart may shine brightly before men and women, in such a way that they may see the good works that I do in Your power and strength and glorify You. If there is someone out there in this hurting world who needs You that You will guide someone in their life that will carry them through to You so that their light will be passed to others. I am believing for a healed world of people. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness’, for they will be filled. Matthew 5:6
Sowing Generously: The Law of Spiritual Causality teaches that there is an underlying cause for our relative degree of blessing from God or non-blessing. Father God let this touch someone’s heart today. Let them know they are loved and cherished by You. I thank You and praise You in Jesus Precious Name Amen. I love eating cucumbers. In salad. Or just wash them and eat them almost whole. I like to carve the seeds out of them and plant them. One cucumber can make several plants. You spread the seeds on a old cookie sheet. Let them dry in two days. You can plant them in individual containers about 1-inch pots. Or you can till your soil where you want to plant them and put the seeds in rows. There is like a thousand or more seeds when dried out. You will be amazed. Because from Spring till the end of Fall you can grow cucumbers. It is something that is a challenge, but it is worth it. Cucumber’s love water. Just saying. Then if you peel the cucumber peels. You can put them on a cookie sheet and dry the peels in the sun. Once they are dried out you can grind them or break them up. Let me tell you a little secret. If you have children and bugs in your cupboards. Then you take Bay leaves and dry cucumber peels and grind them together. You use the powder of cucumber peels and Bay leaves. Place it under your sinks, in the cupboards, closets in all corners. This will keep roaches and other pests out of your way. And when your children go play under the sink, they won’t get sick. I used to put everything up high. I didn’t want my babies crawling and getting into anything dangerous. You could have the cleanest floors, but babies are like little detectives. Thy would find the tiniest piece of dirt you left behind. Lol! Just saying! Like green beans you can grow them through to summer on your fence and during Fall whatever green beans you didn’t pick you will have beans. That’s right! Green beans turn into beans that you can cook and make with hotdogs. Just take the beans out of the dried Greenbean covering. Clean them and then boil them. It is a joy that never leaves. Whatever you plant you will reap a great harvest. My mom used to say when you give away what you don’t need or if you give what others need. It is like Christmas to them. You will get back tenfold. It is so true. We used to go to rummage sales, and it always felt like Christmas getting hand-me-downs perfectly new to us. That is not always going to happen, but you can feel good knowing people are not going without because you gave. {“Remember this: The person who plants a little will have a small harvest, but the person who plants a lot will have a big harvest. Each of you should give as you have decided in your heart to give. You should not be sad when you give, and you should not give because you feel forced to give. God loves the person who gives happily. And God can give you more blessings than you need. Then you will always have plenty of everything, enough to give to every good work. It is written in the Scriptures: “He gives freely to the poor. The things he does are right and will continue forever.”} “2 Corinthians 9:6–9”
Here is an example. I have watched over the past 30 years these people work hard. A little bit at a time they took probably 24 years building a church and last week after they have been opened, I saw it plowed down. I don’t know if they are building another one. But I have watched as they worked hard with their family. I have been praying for them. They were our neighbors at one point and time, and we didn’t talk. But our children played together, grew up together. But it is only proof that it takes a lot of God’s children to build a church. I am still praying for them. God knows and God will take good care of them. Because they are spiritually rich in Him. As it reads in 2 Corinthians 8:9~ For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich. {Let’s Pray} Father God, I thank You and praise You for Your awesome gift of Salvation. Guide in me a clean heart and develop in me a generous spirit. You have given us all things richly to enjoy. I am believing to be cheerful, generous and a gracious giver. I am believing this kindness in every area of my life. Guide me to apply the principle of sowing and reaping abundantly, so that others may be blessed in Your light as You guide them to You. I thank You that You have given us all things richly to enjoy and that everything we have come from You. May we never be under the illusion that we can out-give Your over abundant gift of grace. in the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. May I give faithfully, cheerfully and generously of my time, my talents and treasures may the motive behind my giving be pure of heart. and ever open to Your critiquing. I thank You so much for Your gift of Salvation and all that You have lavishly bestowed on me freely, by Your grace and love. Help my eyes and ears be open to the needs of others. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} The liberal soul shall be made fat: And he that waters shall be watered also himself. Proverbs 11:25
Father God, let this touch someone’s heart today I love You and thank You in Jesus Precious Name Amen. I remember before the twins were born. I would read the bible out loud and talk to my stomach which is not wrong at all. Babys hear and feel the vibrations. When they were born, I would put their hands together and pray with them. I would be so happy when they started doing this on their own. Too young to realize what it meant. But it was great as they were growing up. I could pray with them thanking God for our food. Nighttime prayers, Singing Christian songs. I always hoped they would be in the choir as they were growing up. Moms have everything planned for their children when it comes to hope. Until we realize they are going to make their own choices which doesn’t include mom. Singing while we’d walk to the park. etc. We love God and our children He gave us to take care of. Reading these verses: Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Deuteronomy 6:5-7
Now God gave us these bodies as tents to protect us. But all and all, when You love God with heart, soul and mind we take care of our bodies because they are temples of the Holy spirit. Which in all reality we take care of what goes in our body’s? We need to get rid of stinking thinking. Be care Full of what we hear and see. God will guide us to know right from wrong. I like these reminders of how I should carry myself and others burdens even straight to God. He has the plan for us.
It is just like when you teach a child how to talk and walk. You get upset if someone teaches them the wrong way. We always have to protect them. Even if they fall because they are first learning. You just want them to learn all the right things. This is how God is with His children.
Let’s read 2 Corinthians 5:1-5. For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked. For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. Now the one who has fashioned us for this very purpose is God, who has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. Let’s read Colossians 3:12-13. Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone Forgive as the Lord forgave you. {Let’s Pray} Father God, thank You for these bodies You have given us as a gift to protect our mind, body and soul from all evil. Submerge my mind, heart and soul in those things which is pure and healthy thinking living. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
{Power Verse} And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:14
