“Believer’s Union With Jesus Christ”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart. Assist them in the care of Your Unity with us in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

God may be pushing you, or prompting you, by His Spirit, to change things. The Holy Spirit of God knows what is best for us, better than we do ourselves, so try to listen to the Holy Spirit’s prompting of His telling you to do something or to stop doing something. God may be pushing you out of your comfort zone or into a situation for your own benefit to unite you with Him. Here are some bible verses to encourage you.

“Believers are created in Christ”
It reads in Ephesians 2:10~, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
“Crucified with him”
It reads in Galatians 2:20~, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
“Buried with him”
It reads in Colossians 2:12 ~, And having been buried with Him in baptism, you were raised with Him through your faith in the power of God, who raised Him from the dead.
“Baptized into Christ and his death”
It reads in Romans 6:3~, Or aren’t you aware that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
“United with him in his resurrection”
It reads in Romans 6:5~, For if we have been united with Him like this in His death, we will certainly also be united with Him in His resurrection.
“Seated with him in the heavenly places”
It reads in Ephesians 2:6~, And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,
“Christ is formed in believers”
It reads in Galatians 4:19~, My children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you,
“Dwells in our hearts”
It reads in Ephesians 3:17~, So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. Then you, being rooted and grounded in love.
“Church is the body of Christ”
It reads in 1 Corinthians 6:15~, Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!
“Church is the body of Christ”
It reads in 1 Corinthians 12:27~, Now you are the body of Christ, and each of you is a member of it.
“Christ is in us”
It reads in 2 Corinthians 13:5~, Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Can’t you see for yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you, unless you actually fail the test?
“We are in Him”
It reads in 1 Corinthians 1:30~, It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God: our righteousness, holiness, and redemption.
“Church is one flesh with Christ”
It reads in Ephesians. 5:31–32~, For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, but I am speaking about Christ and the church.
“Believers gain Christ and are found in Christ”
It reads in Philippians 3:8–9~, More than that, I count all things as loss compared to the surpassing excellence of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God on the basis of faith.

{Let’s Pray}

Father God, I thank You and praise You for Your word of truth. I thank You and praise You that it is by grace through faith in the finished work of Christ alone that I have been redeemed and have received the forgiveness of sins and life everlasting. I thank You and praise You for the truth that I am positioned with Jesus Christ, Who has become unto me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, redemption and protected by God’s promises. I believe that I may also live the Christ life, and allow His life to be shining through me, so that I am not only positioned in Him but allowing His life to be lived through me, in Who by grace through faith I have been redeemed by the blood of Christ. I thank You and praise You that my future is united with You always. I am believing if there is someone out there in this world that doesn’t know You or do want to be united with You that they will pray this prayer with me. Father God, I know that I am a sinner and I ask you to please forgive my sins. Jesus come into my heart I make You my Lord and Savior in Jesus Precious Name Amen. If you said that prayer and meant it with all your heart, then I want to be the first one to welcome you to the family of God!

The righteous will flourish like a palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Psalm 92:12

” “Brokenness To Blessings””

Father God let this touch someone’s heart today in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

Our dogs they hate the thunder and the rain. So, I put them outside and they scratch on the door to get back in. So, I open the door. They run in. I go outside and shut the door. They scratch on the door to get back out. So I open the door and they run outside with me. I shut the door and walk down the yard and keep walking till I get to the end. The job is done. I walk back up the yard and go in the house. Then they come running and I let them in. I give them their treats. That was a tough job for them to do. But with my help. They did it! Then I rewarded them.

This is what God does for us.

“Good is its own reward.” But we may also wonder whether God rewards us in other ways if we obey His Word. Proverbs 11:17-19; Kindness is its own reward, but cruelty is a self-inflicted wound. The wicked earn a living by deception, but the one who plants righteousness gathers a true harvest. Indeed, those who do what is right will live a good life, but those who pursue evil will die.
Feeling broken usually means that you feel like there’s something you don’t know how to change but want to; there are usually additional words or thought patterns that can help you get a fuller picture of what’s going on and how to address it. We need to be beautifully broken before the Lord. He will use the brokenness in our lives to draw us nearer to Him. Once we are broken before Him, He can put us back together the way He sees fit. Then we can be beautifully restored through Him but first we have to trust Him with our brokenness.
It reads in Psalm 1:1-4; “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law, he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so but are like chaff that the wind drives away.” When we follow the way of wisdom, we reap better experiences, and those better experiences produce rewards such as material provision, relational benefits, and mental and emotional health. Those are God’s rewards for people who follow His instruction.
“When I first got my tracheostomy is a surgically created hole (stoma) in your windpipe (trachea) that provides an alternative airway for breathing.”

I went through a long healing process. A lady who was a volunteer brought a talker that you hold up to your neck and she helped me to talk with it. I couldn’t talk. This lady Sally was in her 80’s but she was showing me something new. Because she also had a trac, so she was able to show me exactly how it worked. But this was after I had already had an old talker that was given to my niece Sophia by a man with a trac at Wal-Mart. Old fashion talkers that you stick up to your neck and talk. They looked like old half phones. Now if you know me, I have a trac in my throat. An air hole that God knew would save lives one day. But through all my brokenness. God sent experienced people in my path who was also healing, and they were able to encourage me. My daughter Lena and family bought me a new talker that following Christmas. It was a great surprise. It was new and didn’t look like a half of telephone. More like a microphone. This was in 2003. God is good cause I prayed I could talk again and sing again. I can talk and sing not perfect. God has so blessed me all these years. God knew that brokenness could bring us blessings through our healing. Nothing we could have earned nor deserved. But God’s love through others can take our brokenness and keep bringing blessings as long as we don’t stay in our brokenness. Isaiah 53:5, reminds us that Jesus Christ knew brokenness firsthand. Scripture tells us He “was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Christ’s submission to becoming broken led to the healing of our wounds. Brokenness was not the end of the story for Jesus, and through Him, neither is it the end of our story!
Let’s read Isaiah 53:5-10; But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities, the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way, and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth, he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. By oppression and judgment, he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested. For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished. He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.

The funny thing about healing is that something healed still holds the memory of its former brokenness. I still have nasty scars of my own that serves as a reminder of instances I experienced in the past. A day is coming when we will be fully healed from our brokenness and pain will be wiped from our memory. What a beautiful reminder that we should never be ashamed of our own brokenness and healing, because it is through that very brokenness and healing that we can encourage others.
{Let’s Pray}
Father God, I want to walk in Your ways and keep from foolishness in this world. Keep my heart and mind set on You Lord Jesus so that my thoughts are not influenced by the mindset of this world. I thank You and praise You for the beautiful description of the man or woman who is like a tree firmly planted by streams of living water, producing blessed fruit of righteousness and prospering through Your never-failing provision. I thank You and praise You Lord Jesus who is my worthy High Priest and that You walked this earthly pathway before me. I thank You and praise You Lord Jesus that You know and care about the difficulties I face in my earthly walk. I thank You and praise You that the Holy Spirit is accompanying me through all the changing scenes of life and is with me in every daily task I undertake. Brokenness is my past and blessings are my future as I walk in the light with You in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

{Power Verse}
“For the LORD knows the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.”
Psalm 1:6

“Gift Of Grace”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

I like to sew, make jewelry, crochet and it is really important to me that when I make jewelry it is tedious. I want it to be the best and stay together. Sewing with a pattern is tedious, but not as tedious as making Jewelry. But I want my stitches to be perfect as I put each piece together so that what I make lasts. I used to knit. but because of arthritis and carpal tunnel. Knitting has become tedious. So crocheting is a lot easier. But everything I make by hand someone can buy in the store. I want whoever that buys it to get the best product I make. To me though homemade is a lot better. Others wouldn’t think so. So if I break a necklace I make, I get more upset than if it was store bought. If I get a stain on my new shirt I made from scratch I try my best to get it out. If the stain don’t come out, I get upset. When it is homemade by me or if someone gives me a shirt or Jewelry. I get upset if I ruin it. This product was given to me with love and if I make it is made with my love. The material, thread and all it takes to make a garment is a gift from God through others. This is how God is. He made us with His love. He wants us to appreciate Him as much as He appreciates us. We are His. He guides us with His unique love and care.

“I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go I will guide thee with mine eye.” Psalm 32:8

If I make beads as a necklace and I accidently let, go of the string and the beads fall on the floor. I have to start all over again. So, I start over again and clip one end, so the beads don’t fall off. Then when I am finished. I tie both ends. But if I want to use wire. The necklace is tied. Then I slip the wire through the beads and adjust the wire. clip it on both ends. With jewelry binder clips. so, it is one strip of beads. I cut the thread. Pull it out and have a strand of beads. One end of the wire I take a crimp tube, put the wire through it. I take a jump ring and put it on the wire, then I take the wire and put it back through the crimp tube and pinch the crimp tube to secure the jump ring. Then I do the same thing with another crimp tube on the other end of the wire. I add the clasp to the Jump ring then bring the wire through then put the wire though crimp tube and pinch it closed. So, the Jump ring is secure. Then I have a beaded necklace. Lot of work. It is well worth it. My necklaces have lasted me longer than store bought necklaces. God works in our lives like this. He makes us the best ever. He may watch us lose our beads, but then we turn from our sin, and He makes us His treasure the way He always wanted us to be. God is proud of us. He sees how we struggle, fall and get back up and move forward. But he gives more grace. Therefore, it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace (the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings.) to the humble.”

{Let’s Pray}

Father God, I thank You and praise You for working in my life. I know I have been broken. There are many times when I have failed to listen to Your voice, strayed my own way, and fallen flat on my face! I thank You and praise You that I can confess my faults to You, and that You are faithful and just to forgive all my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. I thank You and praise You that You are always here for me in the good and bad. I thank You and praise You for Your gift of grace. I want to mature in faith and draw ever closer to You. Let me be alert to your instructions, show me the path I should go, and guide me with Your eye. How wonderful to know that You have scheduled every day of my life for my greater good. I never want to stray from Your perfect path for my life, and may my life be a godly witness and Your light to others and give all the glory to You in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

Many, O Lord my God, are the wonders which You have done, And Your thoughts toward us; There is none to compare with You. If I would declare and speak of them, they would be too numerous to count. Psalm 40:5

“Unity, Maturity And Instructions in the Body of Christ”

How can I get my child to go to church? TRAIN your children,( It reads in Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.)Be part of a good, Bible-believing, worshiping church, and teach your children to love being “in church”. Spend devotional time with them personally. Pray with them, read the Bible with them. Let your home be filled with Christian music. Sing to the Lord with your children. Teach them worship songs. But I say how do you get your parents to go to church. Refer back to Proverbs 22:6 because we are all children of God who believe in Jesus Christ. Our children can teach their parents to follow Christ. Amen! Each Sunday I go to Church. I see people with their spouse and children. I see people coming to church alone. I see students with no parents coming to church. Hmm! I was growing up we went to church. My sister, brother and myself. My sister and myself sang in the choir. So we was at church on Wednesday and Sunday. My mom was catholic so we go to her church to pray and go on our way to where ever we where walking too. Our mom and dad would go on Christmas Service and sometimes Easter Service. Our dad would go once in awhile to repent. Just saying. We was able to be influenced by family’s that did stick together at church. Church family has a strong bond and this is Jesus Christ. Church families are total givers and teach others to give of their hearts. We can further understand what Paul is speaking through this reading that describes both the unity of believers and the new hope which Christians have in Jesus. The passage begins with Paul’s mention of his imprisonment and his focus on Christian unity.
I. The way you live has nothing to do with the way you were saved. …
II. The way we walk is seen in how we treat others. …
III. The way you walk is up to you. The Bible is making a challenge, this morning, but no one alive knows the results of this challenge.
It reads in Ephesians Chapter 4;
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. This is why it says: “When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people.” (What does “he ascended” mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions? He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.) So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

“Instructions for Christian Living”
So, I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed. That, however, is not the way of life you learned when you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Therefore, each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. “In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold. Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
“People their consciences being cauterized or seared as with a red hot iron, which is the consequence of judicial hardness; so that they have lost all sense of sin, and do not feel the load of its guilt upon them, and are without any concern about it; but on the contrary commit it with pleasure, boast of it and glory in it, plead for it and defend it publicly, and openly declare it, and stand in no fear of a future judgment.” “Do you not know that friendship with the world means enmity to God? Whoever is bent on being friendly with the world makes himself an enemy to God. Submit therefore to God: resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Stay close to God, and He will stay close to you.”
{Let’s Pray}
Father God, I believe that I too might be securely set in Jesus Christ’s way, who shed His blood to save me from my sins, and that I might walk in a manner that is worthy of Him. I believe that no harmful words would proceed from my mouth, but that the words of my lips and the meditation of my heart may be gracious, good and truth. I thank You and praise You for Your grace, Your mercy, Your love and Your boundless forgiveness towards me. I believe I will reflect You in my thoughts, my words, my deeds and I believe that I will be kind, compassionate, forgiving and give the gift of forgiveness to others as You have forgiven me. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“Giving Grateful Praise To Our God”

Father God, let this touch someones heart today in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

Material things can be snatched out of our hands. No one can snatch us away from God. “Jesus not only responds with brave truth, but righteousness will bring on eternity.” My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.
John 10:27-28
“This song of praise should be considered as a prophecy, and even used as a prayer, for the coming of that time when all people shall know that the Lord, he is God and shall become his worshipers, and the sheep of his pasture.
” Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Psalm 100

“In this verse natural, so spiritual life is obtained from the Lord, and believers live by faith upon him, and according to his will revealed in the word; find to his honor and glory; at least they desire to do so:” If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. Romans 14:8

{Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, Honor God with your bodies.

1 Corinthians 6:19}

If it is true, we are filled with the Spirit, this truth must influence our sexual behavior. And if we commit sexual immorality as Christians, we pollute God’s temple. (Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. Hebrews 13:4)

It reads in 2 Corinthians 1:21-22; Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
{Let’s Pray}
Father God, I thank You and praise You that You are a awesome God. While I was yet a sinner. Jesus Christ died for me. Not only saved me and forgave me of my sin, but securely sealed me as Your promised possession and sent the Holy Spirit into my heart as a pledge and a guarantee, that Your promises to me, and to all Your blood-bought children can never be broken. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen. I am believing if there is someone out there in this world that doesn’t know You. That they will pray this pray. Father God, I am a sinner, forgive me of my sins. Come into my heart. I make You my Lord and Savior. If You prayed this prayer. Christ came into Your heart and He will never leave You nor forsake You. “Hebrews 13:5” In Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“Oneness Of God The Lord Jesus”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power.

1 Corinthians 6:14

Did you get this verse?
And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power.
1 Corinthians 6:14
I have a friend that has cancer, and she says she is ready to go home to God. She wants to be with Jesus. Then I see those who just pass fast. I know they was ready to be with Jesus or if He came back for them Then I hear Jesus walked the earth 40 days after the resurrection. Don’t we sometimes want to see our loved ones 40 days after they pass. So maybe we can say the things we didn’t get to say. Or we have regrets of guilt and shame that we needed their forgiveness, or we wanted to make amends for this. Just to tell them what they meant to us or that we loved them. So much we could do for 40 days after they pass that we should have done when they were alive. But they are alive in eternity if they were saved by Christ. Memories last forever, but people’s bodies don’t. But knowing your loved one loved Jesus, we can rest assure they are safe and free from this world.
During creation, Genesis 1:26; “God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness! We were created in God’s image, after His likeness. We were made to be like God in certain aspects, but not to be God. He gave us dominion over all of the earth and created us with a mind capable of creative thought and the ability to know Him and love Him or not. Today’s passage states that Jesus “is the image of the invisible God,” but this is a different concept in comparison to Genesis 1:26.

Jesus is the Son of God, Mark 1:1; and He came to earth with the Father’s authority. Jesus is God, Titus 2:13; and “the firstborn over all creation.” “Firstborn” often refers to the first one born. However, in this case, it is not stating that Jesus was created; if this was the case, then He would not be God. For example, David was called the firstborn, yet he was not the first one born: the word is referring to the idea that David was prominently favored and to his kingship, Psalm 89:20-27; I have found David my servant; with my sacred oil I have anointed him. My hand will sustain him; surely my arm will strengthen him. The enemy will not get the better of him; the wicked will not oppress him. I will crush his foes before him and strike down his adversaries. My faithful love will be with him, and through my name his horn will be exalted. I will set his hand over the sea, his right hand over the rivers. He will call out to me, ‘You are my Father, my God, the Rock my Savior.’ And I will appoint him to be my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth. Moreover, through David’s lineage came the King of kings, the Lord Jesus Christ, “the firstborn over all creation.”
It reads in John 10:26-33; But you do not believe because you are not my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” Again his Jewish opponents picked up stones to stone Jesus. but Jesus said to them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?” We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”
{Let’s Pray}
Father God, I thank You and praise You that You love us so much and want us to be Yours always. I am sorry there has been times when I have questioned my eternal security in You, You are my good and faithful Shepherd and friend as I rest in You. Your Word is to be trusted, forever. I thank You and praise You that I am held so securely in the hands of my Lord Jesus and my Saviour, my God, my King, Author, Giver of life and that nothing can separate me from Your wonderful presence. I thank You and praise You for my gift of eternal life and the promise that nothing can snatch me from Your hand and no-one can separate me from Your Precious love. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen. Hallelujah!

“Disciples Who Saw Jesus After The Resurrection”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart today in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

So, I was taking pictures and relaxing outside on our park bench. Started walking across the street to the store area. Our dogs come running out to the street. My husband accidently left the gate opened. I was like God help me with these two that don’t listen to me. So, Pongo Jo jo came to me. Hm Thank You Jesus! I brought Pongo Jo Jo in the house. Then I went to get Georgio. He wouldn’t have nothing to do with me. I said God he is a spoiled! I spoil Him! Then I went on the park bench and sat down. I said God please don’t let Giorgio get hit by a car. I sat there. Giorgio started for me. Then took off in the other direction. I said fine. I walked in the driveway and kept walking to the house. I looked out of the corner of my eye and Giorgio was following me. Lol! So, I just went in the house and got my husband and told him. Go get your dog please. So, he did. Giorgio came to him and he brought Giorgio in the house. I came to the conclusion. This is my fault. I take them out on a leash. I play ball with them and they make me chase them. I should say: I chase them to get the ball. LOL! No wonder he doesn’t want to come to me. But see. I had to talk with God to keep my cool and that I knew God would help me through this. It is not like that all the time. I do forget to confide in the Dear Blessed Lord Jesus and it doesn’t come out that good. Just saying. The lord Jesus walked this earth 40 to 50 days after resurrection. Came back to show it was Him and He loves us. For us to turn from sin, be baptized with the Holy Spirit. As Jesus walked with people after the resurrection. He was teaching them to always stay close to Him through it all. John’s relationship with Jesus. John had a deepest loyalty and love for Jesus which seemed to burn purer and brighter than in the hearts of his other disciples. Between him and Jesus, there developed a deeper connection than the others knew. As John beheld the love and kindness of Jesus, he desired to become like Him. Assuming John wrote the Gospel, why did he write it? The best place to start is with his own purpose statement in John 20:30–31: “But these [signs] are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.”
“Jesus’ appearance to the disciples in Jerusalem”
It reads in Mark 16:14; Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen. {Thomas was not there at the time}
It reads in Luke 24:36-43 “Jesus Appears to the Disciples” While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.” They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.” When he had said this, he showed them his hands and feet. And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?” They gave him a piece of broiled fish, and he took it and ate it in their presence.
It reads in John 20:19-25 “Jesus Appears to His Disciples”
On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked in fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord. Again, Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.”
“Jesus Appears to Thomas” Now Thomas (also known as Didymus), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”
John 20:26-31
A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.” Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!” Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

“The Purpose of John’s Gospel”
Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
“John used “signs” to unmistakably point the way to Jesus. John used “signs” to unmistakably signal that Jesus is the only Way. There is only one way and that is heaven bound”
{Let’s Pray}

“People Who Saw Jesus After The Resurrection”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart today in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

All we do when someone pass’s away, is we have a viewing and a funeral for them. Not everyone that knows them shows up for a funeral. Who wants to see their loved ones in a casket? Right! We want to see them alive. Enjoy their company. We want them to live forever. Unfortunately, during this Covid pandemic it has been a nightmare. Losing the ones, we love and care about. Moreso than before Covid. I know the body can’t heal the mind because it is only our shell. Believing in Jesus with this powerful mind You have given us as a gift can heal our body and bring us to eternal life with Your righteousness that is not earned or deserved, and Your grace is a major gift to all Your children. Man is separated from God because of sin. This separation is not a simple detachment, it brings forth destruction, eternal condemnation. Because of God’s love and compassion, he couldn’t bear to see His creation suffer for eternity; and so, He allowed His only Son to be the sacrifice for the salvation of mankind. Jesus died on the cross so that whoever believes in Him and accepts Him as their Lord and Savior will be reconnected to God, that is eternal life with Him (For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son. That whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16).

Jesus had suffered and died for our sins and had many there to watch which was the saddest day in history. But to know that Jesus walked the earth 4o days after Easter and he met so many that witnessed Jesus. This is exciting to me. Like I wonder if other people will come back and visit. Guess not. Jesus, then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.

1 Corinthians 15:6 {Imagine this was strong love.}

{On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Many must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’” Then they remembered his words. When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and to all the others. It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the others with them who told this to the apostles. But they did not believe the women, because their words seemed to them like nonsense. Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. Bending over, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.
“On the Road to Emmaus”
Now that same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem. They were talking with each other about everything that had happened. As they talked and discussed these things with each other, Jesus himself came up and walked along with them; but they were kept from recognizing him. He asked them, “What are you discussing together as you walk along?” They stood still; their faces downcast. One of them, named Cleopas, asked him, “Are you the only one visiting Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in these days?” “What things?” he asked. “About Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied. “He was a prophet powerful in word and deed before God and all the people. The chief priests and our rulers handed him over to be sentenced to death, and they crucified him; but we had hoped that he was the one who was going to redeem Israel. And what is more, it is the third day since all this took place. In addition, some of our women amazed us. They went to the tomb early this morning but didn’t find his body. They came and told us that they had seen a vision of angels, who said he was alive. Then some of our companions went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but they did not see Jesus.” He said to them, “How foolish you are, and how slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?” And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself. As they approached the village to which they were going, Jesus continued on as if he were going farther. But they urged him strongly, “Stay with us, for it is nearly evening; the day is almost over.” So he went in to stay with them. When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” They got up and returned at once to Jerusalem. There they found the Eleven and those with them, assembled together and saying, “It is true! The Lord has risen and has appeared to Simon.” Then the two told what had happened on the way, and how Jesus was recognized by them when he broke the bread.

“Jesus Appears to the Disciples”
While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.” They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. He said to them, “This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.” Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. He told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”

“The Ascension of Jesus”
When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany’s he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven.t Then they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy. And they stayed continually at the temple, praising God.
Luke 24:1-53}

{Let’s Pray}

I thank You and praise You Dear Blessed Lord Jesus for Your Word and Scriptures that are coming to light and truths. I thank You for Jesus that came back to earth to for fill Your prophesies and promises. Thank You for the promises to stay close to You. As Jesus Stayed close to You. I thank You and praise You that You give Your children gifts that can’t be taken and are eternal. I thank You and praise You for all those eyewitness accounts. Thank You for Your Awesome Holy Spirit that intervenes for us when we don’t know what to speak. He does. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“Second Day After Easter”

Ascension Day is traditionally celebrated the 40th day after Easter Sunday, that commemorates Jesus Christ’s ascension into heaven according to Christian belief. The Bible says Jesus promised the disciples that they would soon receive the Holy Spirit and asked them to remain in Jerusalem until the Spirit had come. After His resurrection, Jesus appeared to His disciples, friends, and others. Forty days after his body was resurrected, Jesus and His disciples went up to Mount Olivet where Jesus promised them that the Holy Spirit would come to give them strength and power in being witnesses to all nations for God’s glory. After saying these things, Jesus ascended into heaven, meaning a literal bodily return to heaven. Many onlookers saw and bore witness on that day of Jesus’s ascension. As a cloud began to hid Jesus as he ascended, two angels appeared to the disciples and promised that Christ would “come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven. “Easter Monday is the day after Easter Sunday and a public holiday in some countries. It is the second day of Eastertide. In Western Christianity, it is also the second day of the Octave of Easter, and in Eastern Christianity, it is also the second day of Bright Week.

Easter Monday is celebrated in the Catholic church and also called the Monday of the Angel “because we recall the meeting of the angel with the women who arrived at Jesus’s tomb (Matthew 28:1-15 After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.” So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”
“The Guards’ Report”
While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.
The angel said to them: “I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he has risen. This expression “He has risen” goes beyond human capacity. Even the women who had gone to the tomb and had found it open and empty could not confirm “He has risen”, but they could only say that the tomb was empty. “He has risen” is a message. Only an angel could say that Jesus had risen, only an angel with the authority to be the bearer of a heavenly message, with the power given by God to say it, just as an angel – only an angel, had been able to say to Mary: “you will conceive a son, and he will be called the Son of the Most High” (Luke 1:31-32 You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David,). Because of this we call it Monday of the Angel because only an angel with the power of God could say that Jesus had risen”.

{Luke 24:50-51; When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven.}

{It reads in Acts 1:8-11; But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”}
Ascension Day is significant because it provides believers with the hope of Christ’s return and proclaims the hope and glory held out to all who are in Christ.
{Let’s Pray}
I thank You and praise You Lord Jesus, for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Embrace me day by day with more of Yourself, so that Your rivers of living water and light may flow through me to others, who need to taste and see that the Lord is so good in Your Precious Name Amen.

“Holy Week Is All About Jesus”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“I Come to the Garden Alone Lyrics”

I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses,
And the voice I hear falling on my ear,
The Son of God discloses

And He walks with me and He talks with me,
And He tells me I am his own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known

He speaks, and the sound of his voice is so sweet
The birds hush their singing,
And the melody that He give to me
Within my heart is to ringing.

And He walks with me, and He talks with me,
And He tells me I am his ow
n.
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known

I stay in the garden with Him,
Though the night around me is falling.
But He bids me go
, through the voice of woe
His voice to me is calling.

And He walk with me and He talks with me,
And He tells me I am His own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known.

Jesus and His disciples did a lot in a week. Thank God the Lord Jesus is perfect.

  1. Palm Sunday: Jesus rides a donkey into Jerusalem, the people wave palm branches at him shouting “Hosanna”. Palm Sunday is the day we celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, one week before His resurrection (Matthew 21:1–11; When they came near to Jerusalem, and arrived at Bethphage on the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two of the disciples on ahead. ‘Go into the village over there,’ he said, ‘and at once you’ll find a donkey tied up, and a foal beside it. Untie them and bring them to me. And if anyone says anything to you, say, “The master needs them, and he’ll send them back straight away.” ’He sent them off at once. This happened so that the prophet’s words might be fulfilled: Tell this to Zion’s daughter: look now! Here comes your king; he’s humble, mounted on an ass, yes, on a foal, its young. So, the disciples went off and did as Jesus had told them. They brought the donkey and its foal, and put their cloaks on them, and Jesus sat on them. The huge crowd spread their cloaks on the road. Others cut branches from the trees and scattered them on the road. The crowds who went on ahead of him, and those who were following behind, shouted out, Hosanna now to David’s Son! God’s blessing on the coming one, the one who comes in the Lord’s own name! Hosanna in the highest! When they came into Jerusalem, the whole city was gripped with excitement. ‘Who is this?’ they were saying. ‘This is the prophet, Jesus,’ replied the crowds, ‘from Nazareth in Galilee!’ ). As Jesus entered the holy city, He neared the culmination (Peak) of a long journey toward Golgotha. (“He had come to save the lost.” Luke 19:10), and now was the time. this was the place, to secure that salvation.
    2. Holy Monday: also called Great and Holy Monday is the first Monday of Holy Week. The day commemorates the important events that occurred during Jesus’ journey into Jerusalem: the cursing the fig tree, the question of Jesus’ authority, and the Cleansing of the Temple. Jesus and his disciples go into the temple, and Jesus overturns the tables since people are selling things rather than praying there. Matthew 21:12
    3. Holy Tuesday: marks the important incident of the withering of the fig tree. On Holy Monday, when Jesus approached a fig tree, he found nothing on it but leaves. Seeing this, he cursed the fig tree, and the next day on Holy Tuesday, the fig tree was withered. In the morning, as they went along, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots.
    Jesus and the disciples return to the temple and teach the people many things with parables and give the people the new commandment. “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another” (John 13:34). The command to love others was not new, but Jesus magnified it by adding the spirit of the law, that we be motivated to love each other with the self-sacrificing godly love that Jesus showed.
    4. Holy Wednesday: What happened on Holy Wednesday? It is on Holy Wednesday when Jesus tells of His death and betrayal. Holy Wednesday is also the day that Jesus was anointed with an expensive jar of alabaster by the woman at Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper. “Judas agrees to hand over Jesus for 30 pieces of silver.” Matthew 26:14-16; Then one of the Twelve, the one called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and asked, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you?” So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver. From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over.
    5. Holy Thursday: Jesus has the Last Supper, which is the institution of the Eucharist and also the first mass. He also washes the feet of his disciples. Jesus asks his disciples to pray in the garden with him all night, and they fall asleep. John 13:1-17

6. Good Friday: What actually happened on Good Friday? Good Friday is about the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. According to many reports, it was on this day that Christ was arrested and executed. Jesus dies on the cross. All the things from the stations of the cross happen this day.
It reads in Mark 15:34-37; At three o’clock Jesus cried out with a loud voice, ‘Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?’ which means, ‘My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?’* When some of the by standers heard it, they said, ‘Listen, he is calling for Elijah.’ And someone ran, filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on a stick, and gave it to him to drink, saying, ‘Wait, let us see whether Elijah will come to take him down.’ Then Jesus gave a loud cry and breathed his last.

In the case of Jesus, they saw He had become unconscious and likely was already dead. To confirm, a spear was shoved into His side, likely under His ribs, that ruptured the pericardial sack, resulting in a flow of both blood and water. While this manner of death was a brutal end for Jesus, there was also prophetic significance to this event.

7. Holy Saturday: Jesus is dead in the tomb. The evening of Holy Saturday is considered the “vigil”, and Easter celebrating can begin then. Jesus’s cry, he breathes his last breath. It is finished and at last the unbearable suffering ends. The death of God is a blasphemy and the deed done is breathtaking in its bravery. Does silence fall over the area? In his death God has truly embraced the suffering of the world and taken responsibility for it. There is nothing remote about God, even in the darkest places. In Eastern Orthodoxy this day, known as Holy and Great Saturday, is also called The Great Sabbath since it is on this day that Christ “rested” physically in the tomb. But it is also believed that it was on this day he performed in spirit the Harrowing of Hell and raised up to Paradise, having liberated those who had been held captive. Holy Saturday, also known as Great and Holy Saturday, the Great Sabbath, Hallelujah Saturday, Saturday of the Glory and Black Saturday or Easter Eve, and called “Joyous Saturday”, “the Saturday of Light”, and “Mega Sabbatun” among Coptic Christians, is the final day of Holy Week, between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, when Christians prepare for the latter. The day commemorates the Harrowing of Hell while Jesus Christ’s body lay in the tomb. Christians of the Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, Anglican and Reformed denominations begin the celebration of the Easter Vigil service on Holy Saturday, which provides a transition to the season of Eastertide; in the Moravian Christian tradition, graves are decorated with flowers during the day of Holy Saturday and the celebration of the sunrise service starts before dawn on Easter Sunday.
8. Holy Sunday: What happened at Easter? God revealed his eternal plan. The events of Easter go back before the creation of this world and reveal God’s eternal plan to save us by sheer grace. That’s the first thing that happened at Easter. But there are two more things that happened at Easter. Easter, also called Pascha (Aramaic, Greek, Latin) or Resurrection Sunday, is a Christian festival and cultural holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, described in the New Testament as having occurred on the third day of his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary c. 30 AD. It is the culmination of the Passion of Jesus, preceded by Lent (or Great Lent), a 40-day period of fasting, prayer, and penance.
Two: Christ Knocked Out Death. The first way to answer would be factual. What events happened at the first Easter two thousand years ago? For that we could look at the four gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke, John for the best readings of the truth.
But lets Look at 1 Corinthians 15:3-8;
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles. Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me. (1 Corinthians 3:8-15; The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building. By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved, even though only as one escaping through the flames.)

It reads in Hebrews 2:14-18;
Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death, hat is, the devil and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham’s descendants. For this reason, he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

{The events: Jesus rose from the dead, and many eyewitnesses saw him. I can tell you about the meaning. God revealed his eternal plan. Jesus knocked out death, and he shone the spotlight on immortality.}

Forgiveness, grace, confidence, freedom and that’s what’s available to all who trust in what Jesus did for them at Easter. Easter Sunday marks Jesus’ resurrection. The gospels record that after Jesus was crucified, his body was taken down from the cross, and placed in a cave. According to the Gospels, Jesus was seen that day by Mary Magdalene, and was seen for 40 days afterwards by the disciples.
{Let’s Pray}
Father God, I am in awe and humbled to my soul and being to realise that the human Son of God came to earth as a man and took upon Himself the form of a servant and learned what it was to be a man through suffering, so that He could go to the cross and pay the price for my sins by Jesus sacrificial death and glorious resurrection. I thank You and praise You for the perfect example of Jesus’s purity and faithfulness. Thank You that He was prepared to identify Himself with my humanity and to suffer so much so, that I might identify with His perfect righteousness, and live my life in and through Him. I thank You and praise You that Jesus understands my problems, pain, past sufferings and is able to come to the aid of all who are being tempted, tried or who are suffering. I thank You that by death Jesus broke the power of death in my life. I am believing for if there is anyone out there who does not believe in you or what Easter is all about. That they will know exactly what Easter is, all about today and know that Jesus loves them and has always been for them. Pierce their hearts with Your refinement and light to see their forgiveness for grace and eternal freedom in You. Walk in Your Way and rightfully stay in Jesus Precious Name Amen! I give You all the praise and glory.
