Have a nice day! πŸ™‚

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
Philippians 1:6

Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity: for that is thy portion in this life, and in thy labour which thou takest under the sun. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
– Ecclesiastes 9:9-10

These verses fit beautifully together. Ecclesiastes 9:9–10 encourages us to cherish the life, relationships, and work God has given us, while Philippians 1:6 reminds us that God is still working within us and will faithfully finish what He began. God calls us to appreciate the blessings He has placed before us today. We are to love our spouses, treasure our families, and joyfully embrace the portion of life He has entrusted to us. We should not spend all our days regretting yesterday or worrying about tomorrow. Instead, we should love wholeheartedly and do the work before us with all our might. There may be times when our responsibilities feel difficult or when we wonder whether our efforts are making a difference. Yet God does not ask us to finish everything through our own strength. He asks us to be faithful with what is in our hands while trusting Him with what is beyond our control. The same God who gave us our purpose is still shaping our hearts, strengthening our relationships, and completing His work within us. Our part is to live joyfully, love faithfully, and work diligently. God’s part is to guide us, sustain us, and bring His good work to completion. Cherish the people God has given you, faithfully do the work He places before you, and trust Him to complete what you cannot finish alone.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, Thank You for the life, relationships, and work You have entrusted to me. Help me cherish my spouse and loved ones, live joyfully in the present, and never take Your blessings for granted. Whatever my hands find to do, give me strength to do it faithfully and wholeheartedly. When I become discouraged or feel that my work is unfinished, remind me that You are still working within me. Continue shaping my heart, strengthening my faith, and guiding my steps. Help me do my part with love and diligence while trusting You to complete the good work You began in me. May my life, marriage, labor, and service bring honor to You until β€œMy day of reckoning that will be the day I stand before You and give an account of how I lived the life you gave me.” Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
