“Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise be thankful unto him and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endures to all generations.

These verses remind us of three wonderful truths: God is our Creator, our Shepherd, and our faithful Lord. We belong to Him because He made us, and He lovingly watches over us like a shepherd care for his sheep(John 10:11). Because of His goodness and unfailing love, we can come before Him with thankful hearts and joyful praise. No matter what circumstances we face, God’s love never ends, His goodness never changes, and His faithfulness continues from generation to generation. This gives us confidence to trust Him today and always.
Dear Blessed Lord Jesus thank You and praise You for creating me and making me part of Your people. Thank You for being my Shepherd and caring for me each day. Fill my heart with gratitude and praise as I remember Your goodness, faithful love, and everlasting faithfulness. Help me trust You completely. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
