That truth calls us to compassion for those who suffer, to resist using the verse to justify domination, and to live toward healing and restoration, trusting God to redeem pain and to shape loving, mutual relationships.
Dear Lord Jesus, bring comfort to those who bear pain and sorrow; heal the wounds that fracture marriages and families. Give us humility to serve one another, wisdom to love without control, and courage to work for restoration. Fill us with Your hope and strength so Your redeeming work is visible in our lives.
