These verses call us to refuse revenge, live with integrity, and pursue peace wherever we can. It recognizes limits, peace is the goal “as much as lieth in you”; so, we act faithfully without taking responsibility for others’ choices.
Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Lord Jesus, help us refuse revenge and act with honesty before all people. Give us wisdom to pursue peace where we can, courage to set healthy boundaries when needed, and grace to trust You with what we cannot change. Fill our hearts with patience and love. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen.
