Have a nice day! πŸ™‚

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
– Isaiah 40:29-31

When a believer feels weak, the Holy Spirit helps them in their weakness and gives them inner strength to keep trusting, praying, and moving forward. Romans 8:26 says the Spirit helps us in our weakness, while Ephesians 3:16 speaks of being strengthened with power through God’s Spirit. This does not always mean the weakness or difficulty disappears immediately. It means we do not have to face it through our own strength. God supplies the grace, courage, peace, and endurance we need.

Holy Spirit, strengthen me when I am weak. When I feel weary and do not know what to do, help me trust God and keep moving forward. Fill me with Your power, peace, and courage. Love You, Thank You, Praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
