Timothy, you are a son to me. Be strong in the grace that we have because we belong to Christ Jesus. What you have heard me teach publicly you should teach to others. Share these teachings with people you can trust. Then they will be able to teach others these same things. Paul encourages Timothy to be strong in the grace given through Christ. A Loyal Soldier of Christ Jesus. He tells Timothy to entrust what he has learned to reliable people who can teach others, to endure hardship as a good soldier of Christ, and to accept the hardships that come with faithful service. Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. Paul’s words remind us that our strength isn’t self-made but given through Christ. Hold fast to what you’ve learned, pass it on to trustworthy people, and accept the hard seasons as part of faithful service, like a soldier, athlete, or farmer who endures for a purpose. When pressure comes, lean into God’s grace and keep investing in others; endurance shapes character and multiplies faith.
Dear Lord Jesus, strengthen me by Your grace. Help me hold fast to Your truth, entrust it to faithful hands, and endure hardship with steady faith. Fill me with courage to serve and patience to persevere. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
