Have a nice day! ðŸ™‚

I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
– Philippians 4:12-13

In these verses contentment is a learned posture, not a situation. Our strength comes from Christ, not self-reliance. We practice gratitude and dependence daily to grow resilience. Paul’s words in Philippians remind us that true contentment doesn’t depend on circumstances but on Christ. Whether we’re full or hungry, successful or in need, the same Source gives strength and steadiness. Let this free you from chasing approval or comfort and invite you to rely on Jesus for endurance and joy.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You and praise You, that You meet us in every season. Teach us contentment when life is easy and perseverance when it is hard. Fill us with Your strength so we can face need without fear and abundance without pride. Help us trust You, more each day. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your precious name Amen.
