For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

There are seasons when the weight of life feels too heavy to name.
Paul reminds us that this groaning, this deep, inward ache, is not a sign of weakness. It is the sound of creation itself longing for God’s restoration. We feel it in our bodies.
