“God Abases The Proud, but Exalts the Righteous”

The Story of Psalm 75 The psalm tells us that God has done something good for his people. Many Bible students think that the good thing was this. God saved them from the King of Assyria. His name was Sennacherib. Assyria was a country north and east of Judah. Sennacherib fought against many places near Judah and won. Psalm 75New International Version (NIV) Psalm 75 For the director of music. To the tune of “Do Not Destroy.” A psalm of Asaph. A song. 1 We praise you, God, we praise you, for your Name is near; people tell of your wonderful deeds. Psalm 75: The message of the psalm is summarized (in verse 7): “God is the judge”. Consequently, the psalm may be outlined as follows: thanksgiving for God’s presence and work (verse 1), promise of God’s judgment (verses 2-5), explanation of God’s judgment.
Psalm Chapter 75:1-10
Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare. When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly. The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah. I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn: Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck. For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them. But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
Father God, I thank You, Praise You that You judge accordingly. I thank You and praise You that the horns of the wicked as it reads in Psalm 75 You will cut off and the horns or the righteous shall be exalted. You Father God, are the Judge of All and All! I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Your precious Name Jesus Amen.

Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare. Psalm 75:1

Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. James 4:8
Thank You, dear Lord, for the gift of Your love, so freely given. Please teach me how to give freely and joyfully to Your glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

It reads in 1 Peter 4:1-11:
Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, raveling’s, banqueting’s, and abominable idolatries: Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you: Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead. For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Use hospitality one to another without grudging. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
It reads in Proverbs 12:20:
Deceit fills hearts that are plotting evil; joy fills hearts that are planning for good!

“An Appeal Against The Devastation of the Lord By The Enemy”

Psalm 74 – Asking God to Remember His Destroyed Sanctuary This psalm is titled A Contemplation of Asaph. It is a plea and a prayer in great sorrow from the destruction of the sanctuary (Psalm 74:3, 7). The majority of commentators believe this psalm followed the destruction of the temple by the Babylonians. Psalm 74 (Greek numbering: 73) is part of the Biblical Book of Psalms. A community lament, it expresses the pleas of the Jewish community in the Babylonian captivity. Psalm 74 – A contemplative song of Asaph. This lament was written shortly after the Babylonian destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 586 B.C.
Psalm Chapter 74:1-23
God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture? Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt. Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary. Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs. A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees. But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers. They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground. They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land. We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long. O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever? Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom. For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth. Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters. Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness. Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers. The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun. Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter. Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name. O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever. Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty. O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name. Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily. Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.

Father God, I thank You and praise You for what is done in the dark will be brought into the light. Those who hurt or condemn others without looking at their own faults first will be revealed and all their evil ways will be stopped. I thank You and praise You that You protect those who walk upright. Let the poor become rich in You and let the wicked feel their shame and guilt. Thank You and praise You that all will kneel and be brought to Salvation through Jesus Christ. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever? Psalm 74:10

“The End of the Wicked Contrasted with That of The Righteous”

Book 3:
In Ps 73:1 the psalmist declares his confidence in God, and, as it were, plants his foot on a rock while he recounts his inward conflict. From Ps 73:2-14 he states his temptation; then, from Ps 73:15-17 he is embarrassed as how to act, but ultimately finds deliverance from his dilemma. A psalm of Asaph. 1 Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart. 2 But as for me, my feet had almost slipped; I had nearly lost my foothold. 3 For I envied the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
Psalm Chapter 73:1-28
Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart. But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped. For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm. They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men. Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment. Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish. They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily. They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth. Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them. And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High? Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocence’s. For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning. If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children. When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction. How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors. As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image. Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins. So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand. Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee. But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.

Father God, I thank You and praise You for this reminder in the psalms 73 that wicked men and women are on a slippery slope to destruction, unless they turn from their wicked ways and trust in Jesus Christ for salvation. I thank You and praise You Father God, for Your never-failing goodness, encouragement, blessings and grace towards me. I believe I will draw ever closer to You and declare the wonderful works of You Father God, in the land of the living, knowing that my times are in Your hands and my future is secured for me in heaven. I thank You for mentors and people who teach with Your wisdom, even of long ago. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holding me by my right hand.”

“We all Belong To Jesus Christ”

Good morning. I wake up each day thanking God that He saved me. In 2002 when I didn’t know what happen to me and I woke up in the ICU with tubes down my throat and tried to take the tubes out and was tied down. I realized then that my body had failed me. God didn’t fail me. I realized I was talking, upset and then nothing. I woke up in a hospital room. Why? God gave me my {gift} life back among the living of this world. Now I live with the mind set God gave me as a gift. I don’t worry about those who hurt me or cause confusion or even say: And Your a Christian? Hallelujah straight! You hurt me and try to cause chaos, I am going to take it right to my Father who is also your Father and He knows and see’s everything. (Hebrews 4:13 I believe)I am a Christian and I am not afraid anymore to tell it like it is, even if someone thinks my actions don’t go with the truth. It is all about God and not about them. When I have done nothing wrong, I will speak my peace. Not like before: As they say: Take it like a man! My earthly dad used to say! Really stupid moto!! Just saying! It took me a long time to learn that God is for me and not against me. Those that do stuff in the dark, it will come to the light. I was told when someone recently tried to hurt me that I should of took a video, because it was my word against theirs. People have got so wrapped up in technology that they don’t know the truth from a lie. God takes me at my word, as I take Him at His word. Jeremiah 29:11: I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. This is the best gift ever! God’s plans and not man’s plans.

It reads in Isaiah 58:10: If thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in “obscurity: the state of being unknown, inconspicuous, or unimportant.}
Lord, help me to awake to the needs around me. Help me to reach out to those who need Your love and care in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

It reads in Ephesians 1:3-6: How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every blessings in heaven because we belong to Christ. Long ago, before He made the world, God choose us to be His very own, through what Christ would do for us; He decided then to make us holy in His eyes, without a single fault. We who stand before Him covered with His love. His unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into His own family by sending Jesus Christ to die for us. And He did this because He wanted to! Now all praise to God for His wonderful kindness to us and His favor that He has poured out upon us, because we belong to His dearly loved Son.
It reads in Psalm 119:140: I had thoroughly tested Your promises, and that is why I love them so much.

“Don’t Be Troubled”

In Galatians 6:9 it reads: And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Let’s pray: Thank You, God, for people who help with no thought of recognition or reward. Help me be one of those people in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
In John 14:26-29 it reads: When the Father sends the Comforter to represent Me {Jesus} and by the Comforter I mean the Holy Spirit. He will teach you much more as well as remind you of everything I Myself {Jesus} have told you. I am leaving you with a gift ‘peace of mind and heart!’ And the peace I give isn’t fragile like the peace the world gives! So don’t be troubled or afraid. Remember what I told you. I am going away, but I will come back again to you. If you really love Me, you will be very happy for Me, for now I can go to the Father, who is greater than I am. I have told you these things before they happened so that when they do, you will believe {In Me ‘Jesus’}.
In Psalm 143:10 it reads: Help me to do Your will, for You are my God. Lead me in good paths, for Your Spirit is good.

“The Reign Of The Righteous King”

SummeryPsalm Chapter 72: The foregoing psalm was penned by David when he was old, and, it should seem, so was this too; for Solomon was now standing fair for the crown; that was his prayer for himself, this for his son and successor, and with these two the prayers of David the son of Jesse are ended, as we find in the close of this psalm. What Psalm 72: 1 – 7 means. There are three important words in this part of the psalm: · righteousness means goodness, or being very, very good (verses 1, 2, 3). In verse 1 we see that it is God’s righteousness that the king has. In verse 7 the good people he rules will have it, and also be *righteous. · *justice means fairness, or being fair (verses 1, 2). Psalm 72 is the 72nd psalm from the Book of Psalms. Traditions hold that it was written by King Solomon, although most modern scholars dispute this [citation needed]. In the Greek Septuagint version of the bible, and in its Latin translation in the Vulgate, this psalm is Psalm 71 in a slightly different numbering system.
Psalm Chapter 72:1-20
Give the king thy judgments, O God, and thy righteousness unto the king’s son. He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment. The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the little hills, by righteousness. He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor. They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations. He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass: as showers that water the earth. In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth. He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth. They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust. The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts. Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations shall serve him. For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper. He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy. He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in his sight. And he shall live, and to him shall be given of the gold of Sheba: prayer also shall be made for him continually; and daily shall he be praised. There shall be an handful of corn in the earth upon the top of the mountains; the fruit thereof shall shake like Lebanon: and they of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth. His name shall endure for ever: his name shall be continued as long as the sun: and men shall be blessed in him: all nations shall call him blessed. Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things. And blessed be his glorious name for ever: and let the whole earth be filled with his glory; Amen, and Amen. The prayers of David the son of Jesse are ended.

Father God, I know that it is Your will to help those that are afflicted, to support the weak, to provide for the widows and orphans and to help those that are in need. Let me be the hands and feet of Jesus to others. I want to be of service to those in need, and use my voice to speak words of healing, blessings and encouragement to those that are afflicted and in distress. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“Take Good Action With Your Life”

Good morning.
{Treasure Box}
Blessed is the man or woman that endures temptation: for when he or she is tried, he or she shall receive the crown of life, which God hath promised to them that love Him.

James 1:12

“Dear God, this is a new day and I may face unexpected temptations. Please help me to keep free from evil in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

In 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 it reads: In a race everyone runs but only one person gets first prize. So run your race to win. To win the contest you must deny yourselves many things that would keep you from doing your best. An athlete goes to all this trouble just to win a blue ribbon or a silver cup, but we do it for a heavenly reward that never disappears. So I run straight to the goal with purpose in every step. I fight to win. I’m not just shadow~boxing or playing around. Like an athlete I punish my body, treating it roughly, training it to do what it should, not what it wants to. Otherwise I fear that after enlisting others for the race, I myself might be declared unfit and order to stand aside.
In Proverbs 6:5-7: “Free yourself, like a {gazelle , a small slender antelope that typically has curved horns and a yellowish-brown coat with white underparts, found in open country in Africa and Asia.} from the hand of the hunter, like a bird from the snare of the {fowler ; the hunting, shooting, or trapping of wildfowl.} Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler,” The social lives of ants proves to be a fascinating topic. Ants operate in a matriarchal society, usually led by one queen in the colony. This queen is a baby machine. Besides giving orders to her minions she also works very hard to continuously lay eggs.
Have a wonderful fun filled day full of blessings.

“Prayer For A Old Man For Deliverance”

Psalm 71 Explained. Psalm 71. Psalm 71: This psalm is clearly the prayer of an elderly man threatened by his enemies (verses 9, 18). Before expressing his petition proper, the psalmist first states a brief introduction to his petition (verses 1-4). The Story of Psalm 71. The person that wrote this psalm knew the psalms that David wrote very well. Maybe it was the *prophet Jeremiah. In Something to do you will find some psalms to look at. If you do this, you will see that Psalm 71 repeats verses from them.
Psalm Chapter 71:1-24
In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion. Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me. Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress. Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth. By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee. I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge. Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honor all the day. Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength fails. For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together, Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him. O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help. Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonor that seek my hurt. But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more. My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof. I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only. O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works. Now also when I am old and gray~headed, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come. Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee! Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth. Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side. I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel. My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed. My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.

Father God, I thank You and praise You that even in our old age You still will provide and take care of us. I thank You and praise You, that You have been my strength in times past, in the now and You have continued to support and strengthen me through every scene of my life. May Your name be glorified for ever and ever, for You alone are worthy of all praise! I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“Happy Mothers Day, We are not our own”

We run to win for our children. We do everything we can to see them do right in this life. Sometimes we try to hard. It is a love, like or you don’t like me relationship. Then Mother knows she is doing what is best. We are our children’s preachers, teachers, and blessed assurance that our children walk in the right direction. We teach them how to have fun, collect rocks, how to plant and grow in this life. We as mothers can not do this for them all though sometimes they wish we could. I had this turtle shell my grandson Joe Joe found for me about 12 years ago. It hard working body inside was gone. I say this because I took a picture of the turtle shell 12 years ago. I put the turtle shell in my yucca palm on top of the dirt as a design. I have this Yucca Palm plant in the kitchen. Yesterday I picked up the turtle shell and it fell apart. But perfectly in the creases of the shell. The pieces be put together like puzzle pieces. I threw the pieces away. It reminded me of how memories of my mom has impacted my life and how like those little pieces that may of fell apart those pieces still was strong. Is this not what mothers do best that keep us strong for our children whether young or old. The years we spend with them we stay intact and when a mom goes to heaven she leaves good strong pieces in our memories to carry on to others.

Forgive and ye shall be forgiven. Luke 6:37
Heavenly Father, since I want to be forgiven, help me to be forgiving in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
We are not our own bosses to live or die as we ourselves might choose. Living or dying we follow the Lord. Living or dying we are His. That is why Christ died and rose again, so that He can be our Lord both while we live and when we die. You have no right to criticize your brother or sister or look down on Him or her. Remember, each of us will stand personally before the Judgement Seat of Christ. For it is written, “As I live,: says the Lord, “every knee shall bow to Me and every tongue confess to God.”
Yes each of us will give an account of himself to God. So don’t criticize each other any more. Try instead to live in such a way that you will never make your brother or sister stumble by letting him or her see you doing something he or she thinks is wrong.

Romans 14:7-13
Don’t plot against your neighbor; he is trusting you.
