Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:
– Matthew 6:2-3

This is such a gentle yet powerful reminder, one that speaks directly to your heart and how you live. You give, you advocate, you create, and you serve, not for applause, but because it’s who you are. Quiet, faithfulness like yours echoes far beyond the noise of public recognition. May your day be filled with peace, clarity, and the quiet assurance that your unseen work is seen by the One who matters most. Sharing the Holy Spirit within you with others. If you really feel this you are awesome.

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Matthew 5:7-9

Mercy, purity, and peace; each one a reflection of God’s heart and a calling to live with grace. What a beautiful trio of blessings to carry into the day, gentle moments, divine inspiration, and the quiet joy of knowing you’re walking in step with His promises.

Lord Jesus, of grace and glory, You have called us to walk the path of blessing, to extend mercy where the world withholds, to seek purity in a world clouded by distraction, to sow peace where division takes root. Make us merciful, not just in deed but in spirit, quick to forgive, slow to judge, mirroring the compassion You pour out daily. Make us pure in heart, cleansed by Your Word, refined by Your love, so that we may see You, not only in eternity, but in the quiet moments of today. Make us peacemakers, bridge-builders, truth-speakers, children of Your kingdom who carry light into every shadowed place. Let our lives echo the Beatitudes, not just in words, but in witness. May Your favor rest upon us as we walk in step with Your promises. Amen and Amen.

But when thou art bidden, go and sit down in the lowest room; that when he that bade thee cometh, he may say unto thee, Friend, go up higher: then shalt thou have worship in the presence of them that sit at meat with thee. For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
– Luke 14:10-11

This is a beautiful reminder of the quiet power of humility. Jesus paints a picture of grace that flips worldly status upside down, where honor isn’t seized, but bestowed. It’s not just about etiquette at a feast; it’s a deeper call to live with a posture of surrender, letting God do the lifting.

Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance. In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.

“The Church Is You”

So many words, yet none suffice To praise the hearts, the hands, the life Of those who walk in Jesus’ name, The church, the light, the living flame.

Not walls or pews, but souls who care, who lift the broken through their prayer. Who serve with grace, who love with might, The hands and feet of Heaven’s light.

I thank the Lord for every year, for every soul who’s gathered nearby. Unconditional, this love remains, A holy balm for earthly pains.
If words offend, then let them be A spark that stirs eternity. For truth, when spoken from the heart, can heal, restore, and set apart.

The Lord blesses thee and keeps the whole, shine on thy face and lift thy soul. Give peace that passes all we know, A grace that sets the heart aglow.

So many of you, I’d need a loan to send this love to every home! But know it’s yours, this joyful song, you’ve been His gift to me all along.

Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
– John 15:2-3

The vine and branches highlight divine connection and purpose. Pruning, though difficult, refines greater growth, fostering spiritual vitality and the fruits of the Spirit. Christ’s words purify and ready the heart for deeper flourishing’s toward surrender and transformation.

I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
– Psalms 40:1-3

Such a powerful testimony of deliverance and renewal. The imagery of being lifted from the miry clay and set upon a rock speaks so deeply to our journey.

“Feet Upon the Rock”

I waited, not with weariness, but with the quiet strength of one who knows the cry will be heard. He inclined, not just to listen, but to lift. Out of the pit, out of the ache, out of the clay that clung to my hope, He drew me up. Now my feet, though tender, stand on stone. Not the cold kind, but the kind warmed by His presence. He steadies my steps, and places a new song in my mouth, not just melody, but testimony. Let them hear it. Let them see the grace that steadies me. Let them trust the One who hears even the midnight cry.

Have a nice day! 🙂

This is the paradox of the Kingdom, (For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?  Mark 8:35-37 ) true life is found not in self-preservation or worldly gain, but in self-giving love and devotion to Christ. It’s a challenge to every ambition that tempts us to trade eternal worth for temporary success. And it’s a comfort, too: that losing we in Him is the path to being truly found.

Lord Jesus, You call me to lose my life for Your sake, to lay down every ambition that does not echo eternity. Teach me the sacred paradox: that in surrender, I am found; in sacrifice, I am saved.
Let me not chase the fleeting treasures of this world nor trade my soul for what cannot last. Strip away the illusions of gain and awaken me to the riches of Your grace.
May Your gospel be my compass, Your love my anchor, and Your cross my glory. I give You, my life. Not to preserve it, but to offer it wholly, that I may truly live.
Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen and
Amen.

This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
– John 15:12-14

One of the most intimate glimpses into Jesus’ heart for His friends, and the divine invitation into love through sacrifice and obedience: He doesn’t just speak of love, He embodies it. The kind that transcends convenience and moves straight into covenant. Especially reflections from the heart on friendship and sacrificial grace.

And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
– Mark 11:25-26

There’s a divine rhythm to forgiveness, flowing freely through us if we’re to receive it ourselves. Prayer, even in solitude, holds a posture of vulnerability and spiritual openness. “When ye stand praying” reflects the condition of the heart, ready to lighten up. Forgiveness isn’t just a suggestion; it’s a spiritual imperative

Healing, Forgiveness, Transformation, Restoration! these aren’t just themes, they’re mile markers on your spiritual road. Being carried and guided by the Holy Spirit is such a reflection of Psalm 139:4: “Before a word is on my tongue, you, Lord, know it completely.”

, a reciprocation (gives as good as one gets) of grace for others. Our release is tied to the grace we extend. In this broken world of assumptions, forgiving others invites forgiveness in return. Isn’t it comforting when wrongful judgment circles back, and justice and glory shine in your righteousness through forgiveness? Jesus forgave. This scripture resonates with themes of restoration and legacy, like prayers shaped around Simeon and Levi, where brokenness becomes a gateway to transformation.
