“Love Jesus and Love Others”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart in Jesus Precious Name Thank You Amen.

Trusting in the name of the Lord means trusting in His character. He is the Almighty God, righteous, pure, merciful, loving, wise, perfect and full of grace. When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal. God has the power to do anything we could imagine. This is His nature, and He never changes.
“The Cost of Being a Disciple and more about discipleship the crowds that followed Jesus thought he was on the way to a throne. Jesus told them he was on the way to a cross. If they wanted to follow him, they had to understand what his kingdom was like and what his followers could expect. Jesus is surrounded by all the markings of great success because “great crowds” accompanied him. With such popularity, you would have thought that he would do all that he could. Jesus shoots straight and talks straight, and indeed tells the crowd to “count the cost” of following Him. We too are not to use hidden or deceptive means to win followers. We are to avoid manipulation, deceit, worldly cunning, political backbiting, or smooth talking. Jesus did not engage in salesmanship to win people; he spoke the truth. “He who has ears, let him hear. (It reads in Matthew 10:37, may provide the interpretational key to unlock what Jesus means by “hate” here: “Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” Yes, we are to exhibit deep affections for our closest earthly kin, but Jesus is saying we must love even them less than we do him if we would prove to be genuine disciples. Of course, it’s also true that I will love my family and friends well in direct to proportion to the depth of my love for Jesus.) The interpretational key to unlock what Jesus means by “hate” here: “Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” Yes, we are to provide deep affections for our closest earthly family, but Jesus is saying we must love even them less than we do Jesus if we would prove to be authentic disciples. It’s also true that I will love my family and friends well in direct to quantities to the depth of my love for Jesus. I will love Jesus and love like Jesus.)

” It reads in Luke 14:25-35.
Large crowds were traveling with Jesus and turning to them he said: “If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, even their own life, such a person cannot be my disciple. And whoever does not carry their cross and follow me cannot be my disciple. “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, ‘This person began to build and wasn’t able to finish.’ “Or suppose a king is about to go to war against another king. Won’t he first sit down and consider whether he is able with ten thousand men to oppose the one coming against him with twenty thousand? If he is not able, he will send a delegation while the other is still a long way off and will ask for terms of peace. In the same way, those of you who do not give up everything you have cannot be my disciples. “Salt is good, but if it loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is fit neither for the soil nor for the manure pile; it is thrown out. “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.”
This, one of the most beloved chapters of the word of God, is an account of what was probably a single discourse of Jesus Christ, the whole theme of which was “The Lost.” First there was the lost sheep. Jesus concluded the parable with a declaration: “there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance”
“The Parable of the Lost Sheep”

It reads in Luke 15:1-7.
Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.” Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
Father God, I believe that I may walk in spirit and truth and keep my life in the place of death so that the new life of Christ which I received at salvation, may I grow in grace, mature and shine Your light of love in the faith in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
This second parable Jesus told them also demonstrates God’s attitude toward His people who have strayed from His ways, and who have therefore broken fellowship with Him.
“The Parable of the Lost Coin” It reads in Luke 15:8-10
“Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
The Parable of the Prodigal Son; is one of Jesus’ best-known parables. In the story, we learn about the relationship between a father and his two sons. The plot centers around the younger son who, impatient and greedy, asks his father for his inheritance. God longs to bring everyone into His kingdom. “But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattest calf and kill it. Let’s have a big dinner and celebrate. God celebrates the lost that become found to learn to walk in righteousness. The found need to teach the lost.
“The Parable of the Lost Son” Luke 15:11-32
Jesus continued: “There was a man who had two sons. The younger one said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’ So he divided his property between them. “Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything. “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’ So he got up and went to his father. “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him. “The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ “But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate. “Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the servants and asked him what was going on. ‘Your brother has come,’ he replied, ‘and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.’ “The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. But he answered his father, ‘Look! All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!’ ‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’”

‘Jesus Believes in Prayer and Action”

Father God, let this touch someone’s heart today because to believe that You will provide for us this day and in the future is comforting. Let this reading today touch someone’s heart today and let them know You are with them through it all in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
Jesus so great set apart from other religious leaders because of His teachings, His lifestyle, His miracles, His fulfillment of prophecy, His claims.
Jesus is the great rescuer, and this very hour He can rescue you from your sins and give you eternal life.
God don’t break up marriages. People do. God doesn’t encourage wrong ways. People do. People have the right to choose right from wrong. Sometimes it is easier to blame God for our mess ups, hang ups and faults or others faults them to forgive those who have hurt us or those we have hurt. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. It is our choice to repent and move on in the light of God’s love for us that is a gift. So, if we thank God for everything knowing every good gift is from God, we can praise Him through anything.
Jesus can rescue you from other things as well. Your burdens, illnesses, depression, anger, sadness. Whatever you are struggling with, Jesus can help. Ask Him!
It reads in Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus is reaching out to you. “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.
“All things, whatever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive. Matthew 21:22
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!
Matthew 7:7-11 NIV
Our God who created us will surely do as much for us as we would for our children. With that in mind, believe Him for Your miracle. “For with God, nothing shall be impossible.” When the children are older, they will have the choice to do what is right and believe God for anything. Father God, take this prayer, in Jesus precious Name, to bring about miracles that cannot be denied or ignored Amen.
It reads in Luke 11:1-13 NIV: One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” He said to them, “When you pray, say:

“‘Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation.’” Then Jesus said to them, “Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.’ And suppose the one inside answers, ‘Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.’ I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity he will surely get up and give you as much as you need. “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

“Praying to be delivered from what has not already hit, prevents your feet from getting swept out from under. Jesus teaches us to pray preemptively, and for good reason.”

It reads in Matthew 26:52-54:
“Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword. Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels? But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way?”
God does that same for us as He did for Jesus a hedge of angels for protection. So never give up cause angels guide the right people in your life even if you don’t ask. The intervention of the Holy Spirit is evident in a number of important areas, including the redemption of mankind, the atonement for sin, justification, and the defeat of Satan. The cause of all this is the presence of the Holy Spirit with Christ from his birth to his resurrection. Once you have asked Jesus in your life the Holy Spirit is right there with you.
Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father. Meaning, if he thought proper, or that there was any necessity for it, or that he was desirous of being rescued out of such hands he was falling into. This must be understood of him as man: for, as God, the angels were his creatures and ministering servants, whom he had the command of himself, and so had no need, as such, to pray to his Father to detach a number of them to Jesus’s revolution was peaceful and bottom-up. It would be a quiet and slow revolution of love as more and more people would come to know Christ and his way through the ministry of the Church. Sadly, the Church in history has forgotten this a time or two and sought to use force to convert sinners to Christ. This is a blight on our history, and God will not look favorably upon it. To conquer the world, we must remain humble and serve like Christ, loving our God, our neighbor, and even our enemies as God reveals himself through the Church Amen and Amen! With respect to “the sword,” Jesus is correct that a life of violence and aggression, perhaps taking vengeance into one’s own hand, will end by violence, aggression, and vengeance. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. (Matthew 5:5) God blesses those who are humble, for they will inherit the whole earth. Jesus loves us like we love our children. Jesus will do anything for us when it is good. We have a good good Father.
{It reads in Ephesians 6:1-9: All about right relationships in the Lord. We’re talking parent-child and master-slave relationships today. Now you might be asking, ‘well, are you qualified to speak on such matters?’} Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother”, which is the first commandment with a promise, “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” Fathers do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord. Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free. And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.

{The Armor of God – Ephesians 6 True Meaning from Bible Explained Ephesians 6 is the last chapter of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians and in verses 10 to 18 he encourages them to remain steadfast in the Lord. He knew that, as Christians, we are facing an intense spiritual war and we must be prepared.}

It reads in Ephesians 6-10-20:, Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

It reads in Ephesians 6:21-24:, Final Greetings:
Tychicus, the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage you. Peace to the brothers and sisters, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.
“Prayer”
Father God, I believe that I may take up the full armor of God and resist all the works of the enemy in this evil day in which we live. I believe that I may walk in the spirit and truth, being clothed in Jesus’s own righteousness. May I receive the power from above to stand fast in this evil day and to resist the principalities and powers. Help us to run to our problems and give them directly to you. Thank You that Jesus has won the victory over sin, Satan, and the spiritual forces that work in the darkness of this world. Help me to recognise that I can only defeat the spiritual enemies that war in the world today, through Christ. Thank You for providing me with the means to live a victorious life in Christ, through the Word of God, prayer and praise, and by abiding in Christ and He in me. In Jesus’ precious name Amen.

“Power Verses”
And Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it will happen. And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” Mark 11:22-24
