 Jesus is declaring that His death will expose and judge the world’s sin. “Now shall the prince of this world be cast out” Satan’s power is broken through the cross. “If I be lifted up. I will draw all men unto me” Jesus’s crucifixion becomes the way salvation and healing are offered to everyone.

Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
– John 12:31-32
